There's another live version posted by Carrie Cook, and personally I feel it's better than this version. This one seems so down. The other is full of energy, and you can hear all the voices better (the mix of his voice amongst the back up singers).
I think he shows way more emotion in this performance of work song than any other. And he definitely purposefully sings it differently here as well. Love than he threw in some gritty moments as we rarely hear those from him.
