my mum does this 24/7 when is mango season here in ecuador but she doesn't add sugar to it and it still tastes very sweet, i could have it everytime and never get tired of fr

@@user-qh2xz2bf1l well the thing is…your body just recognises sugar…it can’t tell the difference between cola sugar, table sugar or fruit sugar. Also, by pureeing the fruit, all the fibre is destroyed making it available to be digested really quickly. Result is a big blood glucose spike… Nothing wrong with that if you’re not diabetic…just telling the facts.

O si prefieres experimentar sustituye el azúcar por stevia...pero cuidado la stevia endulza el doble así que tendrías que hacerlo por prueba y error hasta dar con el gramaje adecuado...

I mean milk is a really good base drink, (especially nut milk in my opinion) because it has a subtle flavor and takes in flavors well, so people mix all kinds of things into it, and they can come out tasting really similar to the original flavor of whatever you mix in.

Para hacer un batido (sin licuadora): 2 cucharadas de harina de amaranto, 1 cucharada bien colmada de mantequilla de maní y una cucharada de cacao con otra de miel o azúcar y luego agregamos 500ml de agua caliente, (como para un café) y se puede tomar calentito o dejarlo enfriar en la heladera o se puede hacer diréctamente con esta leche de mango!
También se pueden hacer variantes con frutas, con una cucharada o dos de mermelada en lugar de cacao y miel o con verduras y hacerlo saladito.
El amaranto es asombroso como nutriente (ayuda a crear músculos y colágeno, parece) pero también porque es muy saciante y ,además, es antidepresivo 😘

it looks delicious, in Mexico we call it smoothie, and we blend the mango together with the milk, it tastes delicious when cold, thank you for showing another way to prepare it.
Yea i think it's usually named smoothie, here where i live we also call that :))
A smoothie and milk is different. Smoothies have more viscosity, while “milk” has less due to the milk and fruit ratio. You initially create a small purée from the fruit of your choice and are mixing it with milk. 95% percent milk with the remaining 5 for fruit.

when i made mine, the milk curdled... i think the mango i used was sour
Try making it with yogurt..that's how I do it..also pineapple with yogurt is delicious.
