Fascinating tour -- yes more apartment tours please I've really enjoyed the ones you've done so far. I really like the maps and photographs as design accents!
Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $260K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
I am guided by is Jenny Pamogas Canaya . I found her on a CNBC interview where she was featured and reached out to her. She has since provided entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can look her up online if you care for supervision.
Simple and cozy with very efficient management of space. I am married with 2 kids, so can't use this as I have kids running about. Can you do a video on what a 2 bedroom with a sitting room (3 rooms in total) apartment may look like and cost in not a high brow area of Berlin? As for this apartment, i love the sitting space and out door arrangement.
Thanks for the comment Viktor. I will try in the future, yes! If you like the content, would be ever so grateful if you helped by subscribing. Take care :)
I really enjoy your tours. I also watch a channel of apt tours in NYC. Most people who watch that channel have no intent to move there, but they are intrigued by the way other people live. That's what I like about your channel, also. It gives me insight I can't get otherwise. Thank you so much for sharing!
Just found your channel. It really helps people like me hunting for an apartment to rent. It would be great if you could include the rent costs in your videos. 🙏
Thanks so much for dropping by :) Yes, I will include them in the future so long as I am allowed to. The owner of this property simply preferred to keep it to himself, which I respect.
I absolutely love that apartment. The only thing I would change is to lose the world map and replace it with a colorful impressionist print like Monet's Waterlillies which I have in my apartment. The monthly rate would be nice to know also.
Thanks Kurt! Yes you could probably do many things with that wall space. Since the apartment was bought, there isn't an official monthly rate, but the owner did prefer to keep his buy price private. Apologies for that mate :(
Hallo from Israel, it's so nice to watch your channel, Usually we only watch two channels regularly, and one of them is yours ... the guidance and the atmosphere of the presentation is pleasant, and it makes us want to come visit... We would be happy if you could update about the entry options for tourists and the processes required , assuming come from a country where there is almost no covid-19 keep it up, thank you very much
Sorry the house was bought and isn't rented out. Area is in Neukölln. You can look at Immoscout for rough estimates to renovated and new rental properties.
You must see RUclips vdos of 3 bhk from India / Maharashtra / Pune ... We at Pune live in quite spacious , well designed rooms with proper movements of human , arrangements of furn , lights , toilets, ventillation , lifts , entrance lobbys , 2/4 wheeler parkings , , common passages , garden etc. In Pune it is more related to human needs n actions in apartment convinient for atleast 100 years ... Just for info
@@ExpatCaptures Because by taking the apartment off the market and using it as a hotel room he could pay a premium price, raising the market price for apartments for everyone else.
looking very specious for a studio. Great lighting, furnishing and design selected very well. Love the big maps on the apartment. Loved the small kitchen, It has all the appliances that a big kitchen has. Bathroom is really nice and modern as well. Love the access to terrace. It is nice to be able to have a terrace on a small studio or small apartment. Overall for a studio this one is really nice. Thank you for showing this studio. I did enjoy watching it. Great Content. BTW is it still lockdown in Germany?
Thank you for watching and sharing everything you liked :) no it isn't lockdown here. People just need to wear masks. A lot of people are already vaccinated actually.
That's never 40sqm It's slightly less Could say probably 30-35sqm Well don't if garden was included or any communal areas but doesn't really look 40sqm
I hate studio apartments because the bathroom always has no window at all. No natural light or air circulation at all. I am renting one and I hate my windowless bathroom.
By not having any upper cabinets the tiny kitchen wastes a lot of space and is very short on cabinet space. Upper cabinets are also far more practical for dishes, glassware, and often used food items. I wonder if there is any exhaust ventilation for cooking. I like good modern architecture as well as good architecture from other periods. I wouldn't call the look of the building good at all - a lot of attention getting but awkward and poorly proportioned angles and shapes. It is a detraction from the ambience of the street.
Hi I am javed from Saudi Arabia… i have been watching ur vlogs from the 1st video which u shared from a small town .. i like ur presentation style 👍. I visited Berlin in July 2019 and really enjoyed the beautiful city and hope to visit again ( if possible). Keep up ur good work and show places where we can rent an apartment as a visitor for 15 days. Peace
You are a lovely guy and I really like your videos. However, apartments being rented as Air BnB's are a major reason for the bad supply/demand situation of apartments in many cities resulting in much higher rents, and is also unfair to other tenants and a cause of problems in these buildings. So ALL the apartment renters and buyers in the city are paying a huge premium for some other people renting or buying apartments and then offering them to tourists. This includes people who rent a larger place and Air BnB one or two bedrooms - they are taking flatmate spaces off the market and at the same time able to pay a rent that others cannot because of their AirBnb income. All of these are taking a residence and turning it into a commercial site. Laws have been passed in NYC and Barcelona among other places against this but are hard to enforce and there is a LOT of cheating. Berlin should pass laws about this with big penalties, enforce them, and put your friend out of business.
I don't like this at all. It looks cluttered and tacky to me. I was stunned to hear that it was set up this way by an experienced interior designer. I've got a 42m sq flat in Germany that is much more elegant, tastefully designed, and feels as though it is twice of the size of this place in the video. I'm a minimalist though, so perhaps I am being too critical.

Thanks so much John! Yes, I'll keep trying to make them better in the future. There's definitely more coming. And yes how cool are those pieces?! 🙂
That new and old contrast is what I think makes Berlin look so amazing.
My thoughts exactly! 😌

What a lovely place! So smart planning and fancy interior design. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you Anna!!
I like the whole place! But the rug really brings it out!
I would never believe that an interior designer lived in that apartment. Wow.
Not good? 🥲
I understand you are not in Germany anymore… i would love this apartment for my son ! Thank you for the tour

Cheers! 🙏
I loved the balcony :)
Yeh super chill :)

is that fully furbished when the tenant came?
May I know what’s exact area name & yearly rental of this apartment
I would like to know it as well

Nice tour. I think you covered pretty much everything. Could i know the rent if you don’t mind me asking? Love this channel.
Hi Sahan, the owner of the property preferred not to share the price he bought it for. Thanks for watching :)

How do I get an apartment like this one?
I love your videos!!!
Thank you so much :)
So nice
You got it :)
The prise?
Perfect Airbnb, but i couldn't live there. On ground floor more appropriate as unit for disabled person.
Price please?
Nice Apartment
Dankeschön

How do you dry your laundry after it’s been washed?
Good point. You can buy an indoor rack or even put the rack outside in the outdoor area.

What’s the rent for a studio in Hamburg now ? 🙂
No idea. But you can definitely find this out if you look hard enough! 😅
What would be the approximate rent for apartments like these?
For an apartment this size, I think it can range from €500 to even €1500 depending on whether it's new/refurbished, good/bad condition, etc.
How much is the monthly rent for such an apartment???
Probably +1000€.
What's the cost of the apartment please?
Not sure. It was never for sale. Go online if you want to know the ballparks for apartment like these.
@@ExpatCaptures ok. Thank you so so much for the immediate response! I've subscribed 🤗🤗
how muchh rentt???
Don't know. It was bought, not rented out
That's never 40sqm
It's slightly less
Could say probably 30-35sqm
Well don't if garden was included or any communal areas but doesn't really look 40sqm
I think it includes the outside porch.
How much the rentel price of this
It was bought, not rented. But if it was to be rented out, I would probably estimate around 900 to 1300 EUR given the Berlin living costs in 2022.
How much is the appartment worth, according to you?
Hello friend. ❤️ Probably around €240-250K. But it's just an estimate based on a per square metre price. In this case I used 6,000€ per square metre.
How much does it cost per month??
Edit: Ah sorry, thought you commented on another video. The owner prefers not to share how much he bought it for. He's not renting it.
How much does such apartment cost?
Maybe around 200-250K?
Are there certain areas that more East Asians would live/stay in Berlin?
It's a bit of a general answer but yes I would say Lichtenberg and potentially areas like Charlottenburg.
@@ExpatCaptures Thank you!
