DJI Osmo Action 4 - ISO by ISO Low light noise level test and review after our dead pixel encounter.

Very disappointed with the service and support we are getting from our DJI reseller as well as from DJI support itself. Discovered hot pixel problems during long exposure time lapse shots within 3 days of our purchase. As per typical consumer protection, we should have a 1 to 1 store exchange policy, but was denied from it. We took up the online store protection and initiated a return and refund instead since option for replacement was non-existent! We are treated like a warrant claim as if we've been using this camera for months. Its only 3 days within purchase and we are refused a full exchange in hope for a unit with no or lower hot pixel count! This last series of test are done just before we packed the camera up while waiting for instructions for return. We hope it will be useful for users and owners to understand their camera better in terms of managing ISO to noise, and shutter to jitter characteristics. Maybe only a handful will find this useful as most will just use the auto settings.
