    Thank you!!! Just a note for others, if the error code still shows after you do this, unplug the washer and plug it back in

    I cleaned the filter and the code still remained and the washer did not want to work, I finally unplugged the power cord and plugged it back in and it started working again.

    This is probably obvious for most people, but can I open and clean the filter during the washing (rinse) cycle? I have the SUD code and more than 1 hour later it didn't go away. In your video you conveniently clean the filter when there is no SUD error, but I'm wondering if I can do it WHILE there is a SUD error?

    • @teachmehowtoclean9035
      @teachmehowtoclean9035  2 года назад +2

      Make sure your washer is off when doing any kind of repair, if the sud error is continuing to show after you clear the lines unplug it from the wall and plug it back in to clear the sud code, i hope this helps!

    Omg I just did this and the hose would not open and it took me 30 minutes, the filter came loose so there was water EVERYWHERE. And these things are heavy!! Most stressful 30 minutes in a long time.

      Unplug the washer from the outlet and plug it back in to rest the computer in it.

      Try unplugging and plugging the washer back in, sometimes you need to reset the computer to clear the code completely

      I would repeat the process again. If it continues unplug your washer and plug it back in to clear the code.

      If the SUD error code is still flashing after doing this, then unplug the machine and plug it back in sometimes you need to do that to reset the computer in the machine and clear the error.

  • @dudlym69
    @dudlym69 Год назад

    Well must be nice to be strong enough to pull it out, or have is actual access to the back of the machine
    but when you have a little laundry room, in the carport of a 50 year old mobile home covered by a Ramada system, so you don't have room for that with everything else that's in there
    and being 62 years old & have COPD & completely worn your body out working for low wage jobs at warehouses don't have the strength to move it out
    if Samsung had put a proper clear button or button combo, or made their info at the the top of results, not your fault, it'd Samsung's fault
    it did clear itself after several hours of setting there it finished the load & it was fine
    like I said I'm an old fat man who can't move the thing to get to the plug behind it
    have a good day👍✌🤘🤟🖖😁
