Too bad your husband's friend screwed up his pen set...that is a very expensive mistake. Thanks for the video. I have just a couple of thoughts to share...for pens that are frozen solid in ink you can actually run hot water in them and soak them in dish washing detergent and vibrate them while they soak. This may take a few tries, but it works. The issue with tech pens is that they must clean at least after every use unless they are continually used. Last, it is not recommended to clean pens finer than a 2x0...where the nib piston is removed. Normally, the fine pin device gets bent during reinstallation. Hope this helps.//Chuck
