Donald Rumsfeld, who passed away today, once said something to the effect, "If you're not be criticized, you're probably not doing much." I noticed the shots through the scope showed very little, if any, appreciable distortion around the perimeter of the image even at 25X. Another reviewer showed a significant amount. Maybe he had a bad unit because this one looks fine to me. And, yes, all reviews such as these are based on the reviewer's opinion and experience. In your case, you provide both objective and subjective information. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate that you present the review in a professional manner without gratuitous expletives . I feel very comfortable sharing this with my grand kids. Thank you for your hard work. Please keep these reviews coming.
I bought one a few months ago (I paid $449 at my local gun shop). I do not see any distortion in mine. I know of one scope reviewer who's channel I like a lot who thinks it's crap compared to another popular scope. Admittedly, the view he showed through his cam looked terrible. Mine is crystal clear and I love it.
Well…… apparently bad, thought the 56 scope be to snug on a savage. what about a comparison with the Swampfox line up the patriot and the Kentucky long
Hi from France, I made myself a video about my Vortex (English + French) + 200 meters shots : ugetube.com/watch/haenel-jäger-10-vortex-diamondback-at-200m_tldadaFZlda48W4.html
@@russellhammac7179 Same here. Crystal clear (I can read the grid numbers on the target at 100 yards). My son is considering an Arken and if he gets it, then we can definitely compare side by side. Cyclops does seem to trash on Vortex a fair bit and the views through his cam for the ones he reviews do look crappy. I dunno if he's just gotten bad scopes or what the deal is. I've looked through a lot of scopes recently and every single Vortex looked very, very good. Even their lower end Crossfire line is pretty dang good for the price point. Decided to get the wife a pair of good binocs for her birthday. We went to a few places and I let her pick which ones she wanted. We must have looked through 30 pairs or more from all the major manufacturers. She picked a pair of Vortex....and I agree, compared to a couple of pairs by other big names that were 2x the price, these just looked better. Sharper, brighter, just awesome.
Ok a one eyed monster said in his review glass was terrible. Especially for its price range. So the question is who is right? Or is quality control a issue?
If you look at his channel he has a history of crapping on vortex and bends over backwards for Arken. Hard to say now days whos getting a check from who. Paid shills are everywhere.
Glass on this is absolutely better than Arken. I can attest because I own both lines of optics. I have owned 5 strike eagles and sold over 25 with my clients builds. Each one tracked and haven't had an issue to this day, again my experience
Not cool to make fun of somebody's impairment if any of you are? I realize calling himself Cyclops is a way of finding humor in his misfortune, but lets not get carried away with it, somethings are still not acceptable in society. That said, Cyclops does seem to be biased, however just because somebody is biased does not mean they are wrong. Another experienced expert Tibasauras Rex I believe his You Tube name is shared great praise for the Arken SH4 gen 2 and all though he did not compare to the Venom and despite anecdotal evidence I do believe the glass may be better then the Venom and Strike Eagle as they are the same, and the Arken is probably more on par with the PST's. I noticed on the Venom I just bought that the field of view does get blurry after 20 X as Cyclops or some reviewer shared. Not a deal breaker for me as I only plan to use 24x at close range so I can see any shift in my field of view due to a canted trigger pulls to reinforce any felt shift due to a canted trigger pulls, Other then that I don't plan to go past 24X often. I'll be honest I had 500 dollars cash burning a hole in my pocket so I did not want to order a rifle scope as I wanted a scope now! and Vortex scopes are everywhere. I may return my Venom to get the Strike Eagle as I feel a locking turret is just what the docter ordered. But even though I feel the Arken is better I don't want to sit around waiting for a scope to come in the mail and its hard to go wrong with Vortex even if you compulsively buy one.
The best review I've seen. I just bought one based on your video. You just saved me $500 I was going to spend on a lower powered scope. I sent the video to a friend who served as a sniper. He is super impressed with this scope for the price. I found it for $439 with discount on eurooptic. Other sites were $499
I purchased two Vortex Venom FFP 5-25x56 w/ EBR-7C reticle Riflescopes for my CZ-457 22lr Rifles at Optics Planet. One for $382.43 and the other $394.92. You can't beat the quality of glass and warranty for price.
You sir have earned a sub. Excellent review with info I didn't even know I wanted. This will be my next scope purchase and I'll be using your channel for my review needs
Just bought this today. Happy to see such a positive review! Was a toss up between the Venom and the Sig Sauer Whiskey 4. Same price but I do have other Vortex optics and warranty does play a factor. Cheers!
Just bought this scope in Canada. Zeroed the scope today at my indoor range. Super easy to zero and was very impressed with the quality of the glass and the ease in zeroing it. I shot very well for a new optic. I did however notice the increase in weight due to the increase in glass. I shoot with a rest most times or a bipod in competition so the extra weight does not matter. I will tweak the zero settings this week and look forward to competition. Nice review, very compete and fair.
I looked through the venom at a store yesterday, glass was clear turrets were nice nothing to stiff and a nice finish ..this review was spot on and I’m probably picking one up this week.
Update I purched a SWFA 16x42, the only reason being that it had more adjustment that was the only reason if I wasn’t worried about that I would’ve went for this
You did spot your miss at 750...so it must have decent glass. It seems there's a lot of variation in reviews of this optic. Either the quality varies greatly or it's just the subjectively of personal preference. Either way, goid review.
Just picked one of these up today and put it on my Sig Cross in .308. Going to take it to the range tomorrow hopefully to get it dialed in. Really excited to get going !
People hating on vortex are ridiculous. They aren't the best at anything and they aren't worst. A scope like this is for people who can't afford a $2000 scope or don't want to spend 4xs what they paid for their rifle. I just put this on my new savage axis 2 precision. It does the job that I need it to do. I'm not gonna be competing in any contests any time soon, but it's just nice to stretch things out every once in a while to get out of the doldrums of ar and pistol training.
Put the same scope on the same rifle you mention, the Axis 2 Precision, chambered in 270. Pretty sweet combo, and shoots very well (after about 35 shots or so lol )
Love your video. I just got mine but I don't have the right ring. What mount ring are you using? Trying to find out the right Ring size for this scope. Mounting it on my 6.5 Grendel. Thank you.
I bought both of these scopes because I couldn't decide which one I wanted for my Christensen Arms MPR. After putting them both through their paces, I returned the Strike Eagle and kept the Venom. Why? Well because the value of the Vortex Venom just cant be beat. The Venom ditches all the features I dont use anyway such as lighted reticle, locking turrets, and keeps the important features such as the same quality ED glass and the EBR-7 reticle, so why spend another 200 bucks on the strike eagle. The only thing that does bug me about the venom is that its heavier than the strike eagle with more features which is weird, but I guess thats one way Vortex tried to really set the two scopes apart. Now Vortex just needs to bring us a 4-16 venom.
I picked one up to attempt the 1km milk jug challenge. 1093 yds. 3 calibers, 6.5 Grendel (Ruger Predator), 6.5x55 Swede (CG63), and the wildcard a 7.62x54r (SVT40). I'm liking mine a fair bit, but I've only had 1 range day with it.
Stupid question but how do you read the hash marks on the venom? I have mine zeroed at 100y and I thought I understood the MOA marks but when I tried to take a 500y shot I missed all 3 times. I'm thinking I'm not judging distance with the hash marks properly maybe.
looking at this optic with the idea of putting it on my savage 110fcp in 300 PRC. Im almost ready for glass, currently $2300 invested in the rifle. I hear you should spend as much on glass as you do the rifle. I keep going back to the idea of the leupold mark 5hd 5-25x56mm. Just not sure there is factually a $2000 difference from the Leupold vs this Vortex. At Least not when handling them both side by side at my local gun shop. What do you think?
I have looked through that very Leupold and the Venom (and several others) all at once. Yes, the Leupold is noticeably better quality glass, but in my opinion, it is not $1500+ dollars better. Brightness at full magnification was about the same.
A more fair and reasonable comparison would be the Leupold vs the Athlon Ares ETR 4.5-30x56 that can be bought for as little as $899 currently on sale or even at it's typical $1259 regular selling price. It's Chinese but it's hands down, the absolute best Chinese made scope that money can buy followed by the Athlon Ares BTR 4.5-27x50 for $700-$750. They are so good you wouldn't believe they were made in China. I personally prefer Japan made scopes TBH and really like March and Nightforce. I personally had bad luck with several different models of Chinese made Vortex scopes.
Hi, been watching ur reviews about scopes. Must say , best on RUclips. Looking to buy vortex venom for myself. What height MDT rings u r running on your rifle? Any suggestion about rings height as I have a EGW 20MOA base on Howa 1500. Thanks
What ring height you need for that 56mm object lens? Also would appreciate a weight comparison to comparable scopes. This sucker lists at 35ozs. Thanks!
Hey Maple, in this setup I'm using MDT premier rings, 34mm medium height. Yeah I dont usually mention weight as im usually aiming to get my rifles heavier.
I have a pst gen 2 and strike eagle 5-25 is this the same glass as the strike eagle? Im looking to do a budget build and am very happy qith the strike eagle glass and if this is the same ill give it a try. Thanks for the reviews! Love the channel!
Hey Dennis I have a strike eagle and a venom and I'd say they are VERY close. Closer than most people would be able to notice but the strike eagle edges it out just by a bit.
@@fitztech nice! I was pleasantly surprised with how good the glass was in the strike eagle when I got it. It really close at least to my eyes as the pst gen 2 I have. If the venom is close to that its a bargain for that price. Thanks for the reply!
Nice review and looks like a very nioce scope for the money......i am looking for target scope to shoot up to 600 yards possibly slightly longer. looking at mounting on .308 with a 20 MOA Rail. would like to know your thoughts? Geoff
I really like Vortex optics. I started with the Crossfire II 3x-9x/40 mm. Then, my next two rifles I put on Diamondback Tactical 6x-24x/ 50 mm FFP, one on my MVP 308 and one on my AR-10. What I really wanted to have was at least as good a scope as that with zero stop. And they came out with the Venom. So, I bought one first for my AR-10 and really liked it. And finally got around to zero it. I mean zeroed as in putting a hole in the crosshairs of the target at 100 yards with a warmed up barrel (chromed 4150.) And bought one for the MVP, which I have not yet zeroed. I have never had any problems with the optics, no chromatic aberration that I can see or ghosting on two units. I recently put my Patriot 308 into a chassis and I have third Venom on the way, should be here tomorrow. What I did was steal the rail and the Venom from the MVP. So, I just got a new rail for the MVP and this third Venom will go on the MVP that I stole from. I love the feel and the look. Zero stop called the Rev Stop works great and true. This scope can go a mile or more. The no questions asked warranty is awesome. I have had a great time with the glass, clarity is crystal clear for me. Full disclosure, I wear no line bifocals (reading scrip on bottom, distance for driving upper half, no astigmatism) and I wear them looking into the scope. I see better that way and it is my eye protection. The Venom is affordable as it is only 100 more than the Diamondback Tactical. If I had it to do all over again and it was available then, I would started out with Venom and stay there (I don't need the illumination or locking turrets. I am a deer hunter, not a SF operator.) So, now, for giggles, I may just put a Diamondback on my M4A3 Dissipator. With my Venom scopes, there is no slop in the turret. They feeil precise.
What was the ring height you used ?, just ordered the same optic today for my American in 6.5CM, going to stick with the Vortex rings but there is quite a bit of height options and without physically having the scope, I won't have a clue which one to choose to clear the bell from the barrel.
I saw you suggest a Leupold QRW2 mount, can you help me to pick which model size & height should I use to mount on a DD5v4? Opticsplanet has a 10% off now, just need to order for my arriving rifle
They say the strike eagle is better. But how many strike eagles have been sent back. I just don't even want to think ,even have a doubt id might have to send it back if ita off.
hi Muscle Bill, the muzzle break on the rifle currently is the factory muzzle break, personally i preffer the MX1 muzzle breaks or the Corebreak V3 www.coretacsolutions.com/products_CTS_V3_TKMZ.htm MX1= cadexdefence.com/store/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=195
There is a precision 22 club where I live. Guys are running this scope with excellent feed back. The parallex going down to 15 yards gives great focus for 22. I am looking to pull the trigger on this one to put on my ruger precision with suppressor for prairie dog shooting
Hi there, can you tell us where you buy this for $750.00 ! Because in Toronto gun shop’s is about $1350.00 almost any guns shops in Toronto area, Thanks
Hi J, there must be a mistake for them to charge almost double retail price, i ordered mine online from cabelas heres the link: www.cabelas.ca/product/150944/vortex-venom-riflescopes
I know your special is affordable optics and rifles. But I love your reviews, and I would absolutely love if you did a review on Vortex Optics - Razor HD AMG 6-24x50FFP. But at a price of 4510 CAD, in Denmark it’s not very affordable. But as a long range fan, I still consider it.
And my Leupold LRP 6.5-20x50 was returned twice for repairs for not holding zero.My 2 Vortex scopes i have zero problems, been shooting them for 10 years
I’ve seen this same issue on other reviews and it doesnt seem like its the camera especially if u put it side by side with other scopes and the fish eye isn’t there on the other scopes but is on this one.
Question: What height scope rings did u use to get proper clearance on this scope. I just ordered one and any info on rings would be greatly appreciated! Great review! Thanks!
I just picked the mrad version up and I'm struggling (I've shot moa my whole life) but for it still being at this price point and features, it's definitely worth the money.
Military exchange has them on sale for $420 (no tax, free shipping). I’m a novice with all this stuff, but don’t want to live in regret for getting a subpar optic.
Look above the horse at the 2:29 mark. It has that same distortion as the one Joe reviewed. The distortion on his was worse but that’s what you get with low end Vortex. Some better than others.
I just got this and have to ask - is the magnification adjustment dial on yours crazy tight? I can adjust my Nikon scope with two fingers. I have to use a kung fu grip on this one to move it. Am I missing something?
Hi Florida dad, its normal but also not normal. At this price it should be nice and fairly smooth. First make sure your scope rings arent overtightened. If not contact Vortex, you should not need gorilla hands to turn it.
More reviewers should test for POI drift during paralax and optic focus adjustment. I've found that even high end manufacturers miss this. Much of the industry has got a good grip on tracking repeatability and keeping the adjustments accurate, but they're just starting to warm up to keeping POI drift during focus.
Hi BG, yeah there's a reason most reviewers don't do it. It requires the camera to be perfectly centered behind the camera in order to verify that, otherwise even the slides bit off center makes the optic look like it has an issue on camera. Other than that I have only seen it on one optic where there was a real an noticeable shift (3.5 mil shift when turning the parallax)
@@EpikArms Brother you dont technically have to film it in order to test it. Based on your vid I would trust you did it accurately if you say it but not show it. Just get a bore sight or any lazer grid up on a wall and match your scope reticle to one intersection then watch the reticle as you focus. You did a similar thing with the magnification. A lot more scopes fail that test than ppl think unfortunately.
This tikka slow barrel thing puzzles me… why? because my Tikka T3X CTR chambered in .308 is pushing 168gr eldm bullets 2725fps out a 20” barrel with N150. Is that slow?… i don’t think so!… What is slow though, with many of these T3X barrels… is the twist rate!… my 308 is twisted 1:11… most of their .308 barrels are 1:11 including 300win, 30/06 etc… and that is a bummer! with todays more modern high BC longer bullets and the longer copper solids it would be nice if they cut their .308 diameter barrels at 1:10 twist IMHO. Like these are not bench rest competition rifles or varmint rifles right?… for the hunting rifles and long range precision rifles in .308 a 1:10 twist gives you more options to run them fancy highfalootin high BC boolits like the nosler accubond long range… and to go heavier in the barnes copper solids… I don’t get why they still use 1:11 🤷♂️
i have 2 nightforce scopes and a steiner t5 ,25x. but i have many rifles. i want to build a back up 6.5 cm rifle for PRS. general shooting out to 1 k+. i think this would be a good option without breaking the bank for another high end rifle scope. it has all the features i need . double turn turret, first focal plane. and you can get the ebr-7 drop windage grid. i think vortex hit it out of the park with this one.
An illuminated reticle is usually to bright to hunt with because in low light hunting conditions, it will blind you on the lowest setting.. I like the illuminated dot on several of my scopes.. it will not blind you on its lowest setting and has been the driving factor on several just before dark kills on deer and hogs.. An illuminated reticle is just a useless selling point..
Thanks for the review mate. This review has confirmed that I am making the right decision to buy this optic. I’m looking at a tikka t3x 6.5 creedmoor next and looking for a stock to drop it in to. What stock is that? B&C?
Turret feel is really nice, compared to the strike eagle its not the same it say the strike eagle is stiffer. But i preffer the venom, simple and sharp. I havent done a side by side for glass yet. Ill get that done for a later video
I have 2 riflescopes in front of me. Vortex Venom 5-25x5 and Sig Sauer Tango4 4-24x50. I like the Vortex better visually. But!! Technically, the Sig Sauer is so much better. Pin sharp image. Much brighter than the Vortex. I could see the grain of the wood at 500m. That wasn't possible with the Vortex
@EpikArms got a range update for ya. I have reached out to 1000 yard and did a 6 inch group with the venom and i am currently signed up to go to my first ever prd competition

@@Sryofcrv1 Have you crono'd your loads?
looking at this optic with the idea of putting it on my savage 110fcp in 300 PRC.
I just happened to notice that you use the MDT ring mounts. Are those good?
Hi, been watching ur reviews about scopes. Must say , best on RUclips. Looking to buy vortex venom for myself. What height MDT rings u r running on your rifle? Any suggestion about rings height as I have a EGW 20MOA base on Howa 1500. Thanks
i was running a MDT premier medium height, that should be about right for your settup
@@EpikArms cheers man. Thanks for reply. Treated myself with a new venom scope. Awesome review. Keep up the good work.
Hi Dennis, according to Vortex yes it is the same glass. I havent done a side by side yet tho.
Geoff
Great shooting considering the wind conditions! Bravo
I'm getting one, liked the review my question is about the rings. I spotted MDT Premier, do you think it's enough for 308?
Yes, mdt premier are exellent quality value. I havent seen any slip or shift using these rings.
@@EpikArms thanks for taking the time 👍
Thinking to buy same device for new rifle
Its a good option
what country that made this scope ?? i am afraid to get counterfeit version when i buy it, any feedback will help me a lot
better than Arken EP5 5-25x56 GEN2 or Element Titan 5-25x56??
i would go with and Arken Ep5
@@EpikArms I had the arken ep5. The venom is so much better!! an incredible rifle scope!!
I am a deer hunter, not a SF operator.)
So, now, for giggles, I may just put a Diamondback on my M4A3 Dissipator.
With my Venom scopes, there is no slop in the turret. They feeil precise.
I'm looking for the best optic for the money, and this scope seems very good!
I have a Tikka t3 Lite and would appreciate if you can please share what ring height you have in this video. Thanks for the great video!
In other comments he said he's using mdt medium 34mm rings
What was the ring height you used ?, just ordered the same optic today for my American in 6.5CM, going to stick with the Vortex rings but there is quite a bit of height options and without physically having the scope, I won't have a clue which one to choose to clear the bell from the barrel.
Hi Iron maiden, I was using MDT Medium height rings in this set up
Is the reticle hard to see at 5pwr? Thinking of putting on a 16 1/2 inch 6.5creedmoor for hunting.
This is better than the vortex diamondback tactical ffp?
Would you say this is better than the Arken ep5?
Question: They don't seem to offer up the custom turrets for the venom but do for the strike eagle.. Are the turrets the same?
Thanks..
i don't think so
@@EpikArms Thanks for the info.
I just kept it fully open without the revstop and will still toss it on an extra 25MOA mount... 👍
I just don't even want to think ,even have a doubt id might have to send it back if ita off.
what rifle and caliber is he shooting?
How’s the eye box with this scope?
What height are those rings?
They look like MED. i have a bunch of MDT’s and it looks the same
I have the MRAD version an it is a great scope. Need to buy another one for one more rifle.
What height scope rings did you use. Thinking about getting for my tikka
Mdt premier medium height
I am looking for a budget scope for my 6.5, For Vortex Venom 5-25X56 and Element Helix 6-24X50, which one is a better choice?
Venom
@@EpikArms Thank you. =)
Great video! Could you post the info for your muzzle break as well by chance?
hi Muscle Bill, the muzzle break on the rifle currently is the factory muzzle break, personally i preffer the MX1 muzzle breaks or the Corebreak V3 www.coretacsolutions.com/products_CTS_V3_TKMZ.htm
MX1= cadexdefence.com/store/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=195
How would you feel putting it on a quality 22lr bolt action?
There is a precision 22 club where I live. Guys are running this scope with excellent feed back. The parallex going down to 15 yards gives great focus for 22. I am looking to pull the trigger on this one to put on my ruger precision with suppressor for prairie dog shooting
Thanks for your videos..I appreciate the simplicity and honesty..keep it going man 👊
what size rings did you mount the scope with? thanks for the help
34mm medium height rings (MDT)

@@EpikArms ok thanks
I know your special is affordable optics and rifles. But I love your reviews, and I would absolutely love if you did a review on Vortex Optics - Razor HD AMG 6-24x50FFP. But at a price of 4510 CAD, in Denmark it’s not very affordable. But as a long range fan, I still consider it.
And my Leupold LRP 6.5-20x50 was returned twice for repairs for not holding zero.My 2 Vortex scopes i have zero problems, been shooting them for 10 years
Hey man, what rings do you have on there? .95”, 1”? What ones?
Awesome boxeo by the way. Every one of these reviews was extremely helpful.
Hi Aaron, thanks i appreciate it. In this video i was using the MDT medium height 34mm premier rings
Looked like some major fisheye around the edges during the initial glass quality part of the review. Hope it was just the camera causing the effect.
yes it's camera distortion .
I’ve seen this same issue on other reviews and it doesnt seem like its the camera especially if u put it side by side with other scopes and the fish eye isn’t there on the other scopes but is on this one.
Can you compare the clarity to an Arken?
yep we will dot that!
@@EpikArms Would love to see a good (unbiased) head to head. Thanks
Question: What height scope rings did u use to get proper clearance on this scope. I just ordered one and any info on rings would be greatly appreciated! Great review! Thanks!
i was using MDT premier medium height 34mm
I just picked the mrad version up and I'm struggling (I've shot moa my whole life) but for it still being at this price point and features, it's definitely worth the money.
Can you pls confirm its "made in USA or China" Factory ?
i believe its made int the Philippines
Maybe it's the ridiculous heat here in western Canada, but I seem to have missed weather or not this Venom has a zero stop??
Rev stop . Goes past 0 a full moa . Not a desirable option for scopes in that price range
@@raftr1 The 1 MOA past 0 on the rev stop is intentional. Try to think about why it might be useful. Vortex explains it if you can't figure out why.
Just ordered two of them. I can not wait!
What height are your MDT scope rings that u use on ur set up i have the same rifle and will upgrade my scope.
Mdt premier medium height
Thank u sir just ordered them plus a venom 🍻
Bro in your opinion which scope is best for 338 lapua mag between vector continantal5-30x56 scope vs vortex venom 5-24x56 scope
If it's about recoil I coudnt say but if you needs lots of adjustment then the the continental I belive has more adjustment.
Military exchange has them on sale for $420 (no tax, free shipping). I’m a novice with all this stuff, but don’t want to live in regret for getting a subpar optic.
Excellent evaluation...clearly presented. Thank you!
Look above the horse at the 2:29 mark. It has that same distortion as the one Joe reviewed. The distortion on his was worse but that’s what you get with low end Vortex. Some better than others.
I was doing research the 7mm PRC out preforms all of the other PRC’s
Just got this with my savage 110 tactical 6.5 and it rocks
What kind of rings did you use
I just got this and have to ask - is the magnification adjustment dial on yours crazy tight? I can adjust my Nikon scope with two fingers. I have to use a kung fu grip on this one to move it. Am I missing something?
Hi Florida dad, its normal but also not normal. At this price it should be nice and fairly smooth. First make sure your scope rings arent overtightened. If not contact Vortex, you should not need gorilla hands to turn it.
@@EpikArms Thank you.
Thanks from Argentina... would this scope resist 300 wmag recoil?
It should but you should check with the manufacrurer.
What caliber is the weapon?
i have 2 nightforce scopes and a steiner t5 ,25x. but i have many rifles. i want to build a back up 6.5 cm rifle for PRS. general shooting out to 1 k+. i think this would be a good option without breaking the bank for another high end rifle scope. it has all the features i need . double turn turret, first focal plane. and you can get the ebr-7 drop windage grid. i think vortex hit it out of the park with this one.

How is the glass compared to the SE and turret feel?
Dude you run that rifle like you were born with it. Good shooting!
Which rings dit you use? Low or medium
Mdt premier medium height
Perfect. Was stressing this. Bought the same for my rifle 👌🏼
good choice!
Can’t wait to test the scope
nice use of the drone- shows how far these long bombs actually are
Lol yeah, thanks! Its so much easier to spot with as well
How does it compare to the Arken SH4?
Turrets in the arken have more adjustment, both feel very good, the venom a bit more positive. Glass is better in the venom. Both pretty great value
Great review! Thanks for keeping it real!
Nice review sir, I sure learn something about this scope, thank you.
Will this be ok on a Sako A7 300 win mag, recoil wise? Thanks.

Those are the mdt premier medium hight rings
Vortex venom or Element helix ffp ?
Venom for sure
