    This is awesome dude.
    I think I've seen you at East London Gymnastics before. I didn'’t realise you VLOGGED.
    It's cool you do powerlifting and tricking!
    I'm a freerunner that does powerlifting also. I got my first comp coming up at the end of March.
    How do you balance making those gains in both tricking and powerlifting at the same time?
    I find I can only peak at one or the other at one time, because they're both taxing on the body and CNS, especially powerlifting.

      Matticus VLOGS hey dude, yeah I go there if I'm ever in London. I made a video that explains it someone. I have peaking phases where I focus on one of the other. Then I swap. Normally tricking in the build up to summer and summer then focus lifting in winter. It's a tough balance but just have to plan and put the work in 😁 thanks!

      That’s sick dude. And what a coincidence, that’s what I’ve decided to do as well.
      So powerlifting competitions and training in winter, then more freerunning in the summer. Basically after this comp, I’ll be reducing the frequency of lifting and increasing how often I go outside to train :D

      That should happen automatically when you raise your knee up in the cheat set up

    Hey Hadyn, I got a problem with my tornado/540 -all of those cheat setup round kicks. When I am doing my tornado kicks, the pain hit me into my groin. Then the groin hurts a lot and I cant kick any more. I am always doing a stretching before training. When I am doing standing roundhouse, it is ok. So I dont know. I think it is because my hips are in bad position in the air or something like that. It takes two months but I am doing tornados/540 for smtg like 2 years. Do you have some tips how to remove that pain?? Thanks

      Payvy J I have the same thing man, I get it when I stretch too much. I would try to not do any static stretching before the session. Just do dynamic. Then do the moves very lightly and add power gradually over the session

      Yo Hadyyn, I've been watching your vids these past months, I'm really interested to know what job are you working, and how do you balance between working and training, tricking, weightlifting and other stuffs... I mean i'm 3 year college student and barely can balance between studies and weightlifting, i've been wanting to get into tricking for the past 2 years and it seems almost impossible to balance between all of this..

      Anass Fanaki just have to have good planning. Plan out your time. I work in finance, then as soon as I'm home I have about 4 hours spare so I train for 2 of those and the rest is eating etc

      Interesting ! i'm Majoring in Finance too, it'd be a dream come true if i get to do what you do in 3 years from now. based on what most of my friends working in Finance, it's quite stressful and tiring don't you have any troubles with that ?
      it's really amazing that u can balance between of them, and btw for tricking, do you think it's too late to learn it and get good at it at the age of 21 ?

      Anass Fanaki no that's early haha. I'm 28 and one of the best trickers is 34 or something. Yeah it's really tough but that's life 😆
