7:43 the Arabic writing is the Ottoman Turkish of the same for the Latin Turkish content. The Arabic letter over the slope is Waw (و) which represents the fetal position in the womb signifying submission and the horizontal flowery pattern is tulip (Lâle🌷لاله) which is Turkey’s symbol.

Thanks for showing us the great Camlica mosque.
But you mentioned only 3 mosques of Istanbul.
Yes, Sultan Ahmet (Blue mosque), Ayasofya and Camlica mosques are right there among the top.
But you forgot to mention another grand mosque which was built by none other than the Suleiman the maqnificient: Suleymaniye mosque!
And its architect was the father of all Ottoman architects, Koca Sinan

Very nice video. The Arabic letter is "و' waw "w" . Do you have an idea what it stands for? Why "و" ?
I also made closer look to the Turkish Arabic and Turkish Latin writing at 7:40. Interesting, first time seeing Ottoman Turkish ✍ .. Turkey 🇹🇷 worth visiting. Rich culture.

Hi Solo, you were saying how amazing the car park is underneath the Camlica mosque. There is a mosque in London, the London Central Mosque or Regents Park Mosque as it is called by many people. This mosque is quite an old mosque, built in the 70s, designed by Sir Frederick Gibberd, and has an underground car park. It’s quite a beautiful mosque to visit and very tranquil and peaceful.
