I saw these guys in February '84 when they toured with Ozzy. Shout at the Devil and Bark at the Moon, respectively. Oh, how I wish I could take everyone back to see that. Crüe was amazing. Blew Ozzy off the stage that night. It's kind of sad to see them like this, but we can't stay young forever. Believe me, I've tried. 🤣
Someone get Vince some oxygen... So sad seeing Vince, Axl Rose, and Jon Bon Jovi struggling so badly. They were all amazing in their prime..but years of screaming took its toll. Not too mention, their songs all demand so much power and their lungs just don't seem to have the capacity needed at their ages. Time to play in lower key...and maybe slow the songs down a bit. I'd rather hear tamed versions of their songs done in tune than listen to him struggling to get the words out...and so flat and sharp...its sad

To be fully honest I sae Vince 2 times live in Puerto Rico and honestly Now he is singing a lot better! Let's Face it they are older they don't sound like the records but is LIVE and these days with bands like KISS doing karaoke we should appreciate more bands like Metallica, Bon Jovi even Motley they maybe sound slower, out ot tempo but at least is a live show and they don't hide there old age because even Klaus Mine and Bruce Dickinson made adjustments to their voice
While Mick's playing may not be the most technical, he oozes style. Not many could actually fill his shoes without being out of place. John is the obvious choice. He already had the perfect style to fill the spot.
When will Vince lose that weight. If I had his money I'd have a personal trainer to help me get my shit together plus a dietitian then he wouldn't be out of breath so much
In Vince's defense, yea he's not doing good but the Motley crue album were in my opinion not made to be enjoyed live expecting to hear what you hear on the album. At least for the vocal tracks. Just listen to dr feel good, vince s voice must be triple tracked with some good amount of reverb. Pretty hard to replicate this live.. for the bass.. yea there isnt any excuse. I would go see them live just to tick that off the list,not expecting the best sounding show ever
