If you take brown street jacket its nice, but its look more like a bomber (Im thinking something about Nathan Drake Scotland jacket) And street jacket can`t be all brown with white t, because sleeves and t shirt are at the same color changer.
Use you Radar Enhancer b/c like i said it HELPS a lot if you have any.Make sure you don't go out of range stay near the universities. It does honestly takes awhile to find the yellow collections without the radar enhancer but just keep searching they spawn anywhere.Good Luck.

Thee Mythandir you probably haven’t collected any collections for the chest piece.Try collecting some and see if it pops up
