- Today i attempt the HARDEST 2 Megapops challenge that i have ever done in BTD6 with the Tack Zone which i thought might be impossible. Using the middle crosspath that got buffed in update 44 i will try to get 2MP on the tack while playing Cornfield No Harvest.

2mpc is a lot more lenient than you'd expect so you could have gotten away with a way easier early game. Great video

In a 2 Megapops run, your other towers would need to total or be less than 42,693 for 2MP in CHIMPS. What an amazing run Mackan! ^^ Also I never knew Geraldo (or any other tower with the same footprint) can fit there. Good to know. :D

The lack of village discount usage is very upsetting
When you get two villages it's almost always beneficial to make them both discount so they discount eachother and double discount the stuff around.
You can then make one 402 and one 052 for fx.
The x3x village upgrade alone almost makes discount worth it coz it's such an expensive tier 3.

5:13 You can hover this spot with something that has the same footprint as geraldo (like boomerang or druid) then start round with space and when you have enough money just press U and place ur hero. Hope this helps
You really went far with this one, in a CHIMPS game there's around 2.042 millions pops, so you have around 42k pops to spare, you really could've gotten an Alch or a Dart to help.
Mackan try not to do a challenge on No Harvest challenge (IMPOSSIBLE)
Wouldn't glue storm have been a great pickup? It's +2 damage on a 1 base damage tower, and it gets buffed by primary mentoring, which you were already most of the way too because it buffs tack zone too. You kept on saying that there were no more towers that could buff the tack zone without stealing pops, but you were missing a major one.

I don't think the money was there for a Glue Storm pre-98 even if he optimized but he probably would have been able to afford a Glue Strike instead of Beserker Brew.
This does seem quite impoppable

damn gg, but wouldn't a glue storm/strike be pretty helpful as it stacks on top of moab glue, so it slows and gets debuffed at the same time

Yeah, he keeps on struggling to super cerams, where a glue hose would be fantastic, and Glue storm is already fantastic with low base damage towers like tackzone.
Glue properties and debuffs do not stack
@@LoominousShroominous Glue properties absolutely can stack, they just are really weird about it. Gluestorm and and relentless can apply to the same bloon without issue, but it just doesn’t display the glue storm effect on the bloon visually.
My first 2 mega pops challenge was with the 2-0-5 tac, but it was on tinkerton

Surprised you didn't rush 022 beast master, then it could stall basically everything while you max out the tackshooter without needing to invest in geraldo or the gluegunner. However couldn't you just place an alchemist where you placed geraldo? Seems like that'd be an ideal position to keep the tackshooter buffed while only cleaning up leaks.

zomg im only a couple minutes in but like, getting beast handler for handling earlygame so that you can get a microraptor and put their only attack away from the track? love it lol (also might be gyrfalcon since they don't even grab ceramics and have one pierce i dunno)

The tier 2 beast handler seems to go to 3 damage if I remember right (whites down to greens)

Try doing Lord of the abyss + Quincy. It’s surprisingly strong and can almost beat round 98 and costs around 30k~ cash.

It only provides additional range, ability cooldowns, and tier one upgrades for primary monkeys free. He already upgraded all of his primary towers, none of them had abilities, and the range isn't that useful, especially on tack zone, because it does less damage the further boons are.
If he had gotten a glue storm, then the primary mentoring would have been useful for making the ability more consistent, but as it stands, it didn't offer anything particularly useful for the run.

Get as many t5 in chims as possible. It is your choice, are you going for many cheap tower and have Problems later on or are u going for more expansive/ stronger monkeys for a longer game?

Bro that is nothing, try the "No Normal Damage" CHIMPS. No M.I.B., deleaders, acidic dip, and ALL normal damage towers ( main attack ).
