Lockdown needed prime to take him to his masters, sentinal wanted to restore his planet, and the fallen also wanted to restore his planet, but unlike sentinal, he thought of the humans as slaves instead of humans. Out of all of them, lockdown and the fallen were the closest to killing prime since the fallen would have been able to kill him if jetfire didn’t sacrifice himself and give Optimus his parts, and lockdown would have easily been able to capture prime since the state prime was in. The only reason he failed was because of Cade Yeager
