@@Heliolord it can only be upgraded after defeating a certain boss near the very end. im not sure though because they fixed something during my endgame. try the ward technician, he could do it for me before the final
I find it so strange they created Exosuits but never thought of making more melee weapons that could easily synergize with a suit that powers the user more. Imagine being skif lobbing heads off with a Artifact covered bat of a electric or fire anomaly zone
Exosuits in STALKER are more akin to real life equivalents. Its only purpose is to help you carry more stuff (ammo, MREs, ballistic plates for heavier armor,...), not enhance strength.
We can't forget that stalker is one of the more realistic fiction games. The exosuits are literally just exoskeleton augmented regular armor, and getting hit by AP ammo would hurt just as much as without the exoskeleton
Nevermind! You said pripyat! I thought you said prison( thinking of detention) I'm definitely going to grab it when I play later. Merry Christmas stalkers!
Hey! I made a comment on one of your past videos about this suit. I think it has to be the best in my opinion due to the upgrades and ease of use. Weight isnt everything! Unless its unique/one of a kind, dont feel too bad for dropping/selling
There's also a rare chancd that Monolith soldiers will actually drop the Ruby exoskeleton as loot that will be in 100% condition. Which is how I have two of them lmao
I haer ya. Some games do that. I will say, however, i have done enough of the story to open Garbage area and the rest of the map. I have been purly exploring the map, finding items, and discovering technicians who can upgrade them; all without unlocking story content. U would be suprised what u can load out without continuinv the story.
@shrubshark1866 I did the same thing. Unfortunately, a lot of the exoskeletons are end-game. I know why they did it that way, but they could have given us exos all around the map, just not as good as end-game ones. That being said, there is a lot of good armor if you explore
You're too used to being handheld; no one is stopping you from getting the top gear early except your own biases. You can bypass the main story, go to the hardest regions and get the exo's in the first couple of hours if you really felt like it. Consider doing that in a second playthrough.
Operator exo also has acc upgrade and once fully upgraded weights 6,5 units.
ye, its better overall
Problem is one of the upgrades seems to be unusable because no techs, even in pripyat, can do the upgrade.

@@Heliolord 5th artifact container that is
Once Ward gets into Pripyat in Druhzba kindergarden you can upgrade it in there along with SP-100X suits.

A little bit of Dying Light in Stalker? I'll take that!
@@UnabashedNerd more like fallout lol

That's a another story, called Cyberpunk 2077
That's sweet man, thanks for the videos. I've been watching all them, they are super helpful
Thanks for checking them out, Merry Christmas : ^ )
This reminds me of the CMC Powered Combat Suit from Starcraft 2. It was designed to be a perfect weapons platform for the C-14 Impaler Rifle.
So here is a little vote - Diamond or Ruby exco suit? :)
Operator
I've said Ruby is the best Exo, it's not just about those defensive stats. Plus Ruby looks the best out of all exos
It weights so much!
I agree so much that it is the best one, I made a comment on one of his other videos
If I'm not mistaken, I'm pretty sure I sold the ruby exo early game after seeing diamond is the best.

does the accuracy bonus affect recoil? i wanna fullsend auto the m14 or pkm.
I wouldn't think so, accuracy should just be hip/ADS groups.

Thank you I was wondering around this area for 20mins how to get this stash 😂
brother you should also try it with the holemaker. that might make a huge difference, just saying.
I dont get it everyone saying the Exoskeleton suit is the best no it's not i got a white full suit in a mission thats better stats than this one
Which one? TheSSP-100I?
@UntitledFCR not sure the name but it was rewarded for a mission it has 5 artifact slots and unbelievable stats
There's also a rare chancd that Monolith soldiers will actually drop the Ruby exoskeleton as loot that will be in 100% condition. Which is how I have two of them lmao
Is it better then Diamond tho? Whats the bets Exo regarding stats ? :)
Diamond
I would say that
1. Diamond
2. Operator
3. Base Exoskeleton/PSZ-21 Shturm
Diamond has crazy stats and insane carry weight bonus
NOW HOW IN THE HILL BILLY HELL DO YOU KNOW IT DOES THAT idk I haven’t looked it wasn’t in front of me that’s why I ask😂
people talked about it for weeks
I think it's a poor game designed to lock all the best gear to the very end of the game.

You can get to Pripyat early without doing the story lol, but the loot there will indeed trivialize the first 60% of the game
@nathanspreitzer6738 I know you can, but I didn't and won't. I think they made it so you take damage the if you go early now.
