  • Hey lovelies, in this video, I will show you how to make this dual split woodgrain and marble tumbler. For this project, I used a combination of spray paints and alcohol ink. As always I will link the materials I used to create this tumbler down below.

    Hello - I made my first ice topper tumbler and I really enjoyed creating it - I have long way to go, but it was fun. This is a splendid job you've done.

    Can you possibly do a video on using the gold foil and how you got the outline of it around the decal? I know that's probably a dumb question to ask for a video but I have brain damage from a motorcycle accident and it's easier for me if I can see it being done.

      @LovelyLouLouDesigns  3 года назад +2

      Sure. This is just 2.vinyls layered on each other though. The gold is a gold metallic vinyl. I did show layering vinyl on a tumbler using parchment paper is the bleeding heart watercolour tumbler tutorial

      I used a clear spray sealer for the alcohol inks, and finish with 2 part epoxy resin

    I have so many of your designs ♥️ I struggle with my CriCut and the damask designs. It chews up the image. I have high hopes that I’ll figure it out 🙌🏼 This cup is awesome!!!

      I'm sorry to hear that design is giving you trouble. What cut setting are you using?

    • @MrsNosbig
      @MrsNosbig 3 года назад

      @@LovelyLouLouDesigns I’ve tried a few using CriCut and Paper Studio vinyl and the basic setting for vinyl as well as Washi. What do you recommend?

    • @LovelyLouLouDesigns
      @LovelyLouLouDesigns  3 года назад +2

      I don't use either of those vinyl brands. I use Oracal 631 usually for masking (stenciling) or 651 for permanent. I've been able to successfully cut the design with Washi setting using that brand. Sometimes if I struggle I find I need to use 651 rather than the 631, but I haven't had that issue with the damask. Hope that helps you.

    If your moving away from Etsy can I still order your designs on your website from aus?

    • @LovelyLouLouDesigns
      @LovelyLouLouDesigns  3 года назад +1

      Unfortunately not. The VAT outside of Canada/US makes taxes a lot more complicated. I will have Etsy until at least the end of this year if not longer though

      @@serenitydesigns3010 I may keep the shop and make some designs still available. I will also look out for another selling platform that offers better seller/buyer protection than what Etsy offers.
