Hi Amir, do you have any videos for just outlook test prep? You have just test prep for excel, word, and pp, but on outlook, I don't see any just for test prep. Btw, I did watch all your videos on test prep, and they all helped greatly!!!!! I got 90 - 100% correct on those three test because of your videos. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, if you watch the 3 parts of Outlook 2007, 2010, or 2013 it will prepare you for the exams. They were only 20 minutes each, so thought it not necessary to create an exam video. Maybe will do so for Outlook 2013.

Tracking button only shows delivery receipts and not read receipts. How can I configure the tracking button to show both delivery and read receipts?
Oziel Ramos In the Options tab when composing a new email, you should see the boxes to check for Delivery and read receipt.
Amir Parmar yeap yes sir you are correct and both have been checked as a default for every email sent. When I go to sent items and check that email, click on tracking button, it'll only show me delivery status and not read status even though I received a "read" receipt email. Did I explain myself? Any help would be greatly appreciated. We have a GPO outlook setting to "automatically send a read receipt" when requested by the sender. Thanks again and great video!!
I believe you are using Exchange Server, so I cannot duplicate it on my Outlook, as i am using POP. Try to see if the you see differences when you send email to someone in your company and to someone outside your company.
Amir Parmar yes we are using Exchange Server. Ok, I'll try that. I started troubleshooting this issue last Thursday and every single email only gives me a delivery status, all but one. One out of about a hundred emails gave me both delivery and read status. I have a screen shot of where I sent an email this morning at 8am with both tracking options selected for delivery and read, but tracking button only provides delivery. I'll keep you posted on the results for the emails sent outside of our network. Thanks again Amir.
looking forward to your findings. I also wonder if the other server is configured not to give our Delivery receipts and as you know "read receipts" will only come back if the receiver chooses to allow that, unless it is an automatic setting for everyone.
