What? The bass and drums parts are awful. Listen again and compare them to the original real jazz players recordings (sonny stitt, mehldau et al) The bass part is flat and totally without syncopation. Likewise the drum part . How do I manage to make a melody while keeping up with chord changes every second? I have been practicing this song for a while and all I can do is play arpeggios at 75% speed.
Transcribe the vocal of the song first and then try to do your own. Probably will feel easier after you figure out the original melody line and how that connects all the chord tones

awrsome track, super fun trying to adapt to the key changes on my guitar while improvising.

Hey, i uploaded a video using your backing track, hope you don't mind. I have a link to your video in the description. Thanks for the track.
What chord Is B°?
It's a diminished chord : Si Re Fa and Sol# I think.
why Abmaj? The secret is the C-!
I Agree ! Cm7 is much nicer, but the idea for me was to make it pretty basic.
with Abmaj "Dbm7-Gb7" is backdoor dominant progression
I mean c- is the upper extension of abmaj so yeah
Yeah in that c minor! Nice descending bass line.

Sounds like a Bb dominant chord instead of a B diminished as you wrote, can you verify?
Yes, B is played at the bass so it's B°

It means that the previous chord continues in that bar. In the case of the Cmaj7 is another bar of Cmaj7, the same happens later with Gmaj7 and Abmaj7
