Don't know if you can help, but the actual, outer switch that regulates the heat has some how sunk into the actual panel. What holds this in places , any ideas.
There is a white mount that sits behind the panel, so you will need to move the whole of that panel forward. It will he apperant if its the same as mine, from memory I glued the casing at the rear back in the correct position
@@DogandBoneGrooming thanks for this - this happened today when i picked it up from the garage after a coolant flush. think the technician was a bit heavy handed with it as its been temperamantal for a while. thought it would be kaput, but you've given me hope! have to replace the internal switch too so will hopefully fix both at same time
Hi, I've just changed the heater fan and the wiring and although the new fan is working fine, problem is the air isn't coming out of any of the vents ... took to a garage and they're completely baffled .... any suggestions ?
The only thing I would thing off is there is a blockage somewhere or a hose has come off. From memory the heater fan is like a box, and the tubes come out of it that carry air..if they are not attached you would just get the air blowing out if the fan is working, It will be a pain but if it was my van I would start looking for leaks in the hoses and mouldings hope that makes sense
Thanks, yeah that's the only thing I can think of, before I changed it it was working fine, just a pain now taking the dash apart looking for the problem
anybody know where the relay is for the indicators and hazards on an 06 CITROËN Relay II Minibus (250) 2.2L Diesel 101 HP and also what it looks like im totally lost
Cheers bud, my switch was intermittent..fan would come on and off by itself when in position 2....going to try changing the resistor.. legend!
Thank you so much. I fixed my heater it was just the connection block loose on the underside of the glove box 😂😂
Glad it helped
Just going to check mine as it’s blowing fine but freezing 🥶
Didn’t work unfortunately
