ABSOLUTELY STUNNING VIDEO, MATE. Thanks so much for putting the Australians in there, as well. The sharing of the tech as well as maintaining that brotherhood and alliance we've forged with the US is so important. Cheers!!
@@opticFPV Reckon you could send us some help? Dunno if you've seen but we're kinda being crushed under the boot of tyrannical government... and we don't have a 2nd amendment, if y'know what I mean.
@@lachlanbell8390 I'm so pissed for you guys, the citizens of Australia should have never just rolled over and given up their arms... Can only hope that never happens here.
It takes a lot to create one of these videos, but the pay off is incredible. You've always seemed to one up yourself every year too which is amazing. Best of luck wherever you head to next.
3:39 This is entire video production is so good and so exilerating. It is like a mini movie/documentary. The choice of music is perfection and the way the music changed going from song 1 to 2, excellent. The one dream I had my entire childhood and early adult years was to be a Marine Corps F-18 pilot. Was not good enough though with the academics. This video takes me back 35 years when flying these things was all I could think about. This part here though at 3:39... seeing those two crew members hold up our flag brings tears of joy to me every time and am not kidding. I have a very deep and very old love for our military, police, fire, ER medical staff. Especially our military though. Thank you and Happy New Year from the bottom of my heart for reading this whoever you are and all the best to you, December 31, 2022.
3:08 this is absolutely bad ass scraping that coast line with that old song blended with a techno beat kicking in. this whole video is so friggin cool.
One hell of a way to bookend your Growler ball video career, thank you so much for these wonderful videos, we'll all miss em! BZ and good luck on your next assignment!
The Growler Ball videos have been something to look forward to every year and can`t thank you and all the boy n gals involved with the making of these...TOP WORK!!
Thanks for the great vids and soundtracks (Love the Odesza) through the years! Hands down the best squadron / deployment video production I have ever seen.
Your videos are by far the best fighter jet compilations I've ever seen. Since I saw your last year video I checked every few days if the new one is already there - I couldnt wait and it did pay of. Thank you a lot for your work :)
That was absolutely amazing. The video quality was superb. In one section the fighter was in a steep climb. The fighter interior interior, the clouds. and in the distance the waves on the ocean all were in perfect clarity. That was one of the best aviation videos I've seen ever.
Ohhhhhhh yeah! Incredible job as usual....dude seriously I love 80´s music and now I have the locomotion music in my head hahahahahaha but the images in my head are badass growlers flying!
Nice!!! I was hiking Mildred Point on Mt. Rainier a few years back. Sitting high above the Kautz Creek at 6,000ft, I hear a faint sound of a turbine engine. An AE-18 came over a ridge and into a valley, the plane was below me. I was looking down at it! Awesome day for a fly-by! FLY NAVY!!!
I've only just discovered these and my sons (ages 4, 7, and 12) are absolutely obsessed with them. They're pretty much just on a loop around our devices these days. I don't think I have the heart to tell them that this is going to be the last one. That's a shame, but I'm definitely grateful for what you've produced. Amazing stuff--I hope you get the opportunity to do it again someday. The F35's up at Hill Air Force Base in Utah (the demo team) could use some of your touch.
I have a feeling that isn’t a RAAF exchange officer. I think it’s actually a RAAF jet. It appears to have a captive -9X on the port wing. USN jets weren’t wired for the AIM-9X, but the RAAF ones were AFAIK.
This'll be me one day. I'll be hitting up OCS soon enough and won't stop until one day I'm sitting in one of those chairs haha! Never giving up on this dream!
@@max420thc I'm not joining a President's military, I'm joining my COUNTRY'S military. The military serves the United States and defends the constitution, but it does not serve at the beck and call of a president. Plus pilot pipeline is 5 years of training so who knows who'll be in charge when I get in.
I teared up a little bit for seeing this. It's just pure happiness. It is like a dream that I won't reach. Probably not in this lifetime. But who knows?
Videos like this take your mind off of all the BS that's happening. From reading the comments, it's nice to see that most people still support our military. All I can say is thanks.
Enemy on our door step here in OZ :-( thank source creator for guys like you indeed... Lets not forget our Aussie pilots here OK... All for one and one for all... Stay safe at gods speed. 💖
What a gorgeous video. I can see some of them fly over the lake (Rimrock) I fish at in central WA. Always a welcome sight seeing them dancing through the mountains. Thank you for all you do
This is some fucking kickass editing/filmography. I don't know what that camera is exactly - 360*, gyrostablized, but it's a sweet piece of kit. Thanks a bunch for sharing.
Love the EWO reading a whiskey magazine. I've always wondered whether it's tough to focus on the screens while the pilot is maneuvering, but I guess it doesn't bother you guys!
Fantastic video and great choice of music 🎶!!! Absolutely awesome 👌 Have always enjoyed these growler ball vids!! Superb work ! Well done to all those people involved with this video!!! 😎👍
Nice one mate ..what Beauts !! My biggest regret is when I moved to the USA at a young age, why didn't I join the Marine/Navy/Air Force reserves !!! I am too old now, ha ha !
Passenger on a private corporate jet, in 2021. The pilot was a U.S. Marine reservist, with a tie-clip of an F/A-18. When he lifted-off from the runway, we all grasped our seats. Pilot must of thought he was in a NASA rocket. Made-it to an altitude of 42,000 feet, in six minutes. The pilot's response: "Sorry folks. Wanna get ya to your destination in record time." The jet was a Bombardier 7500. And it was a record time...by eleven minutes.

Love seeing the RAAF exchange pilot early on. Australia is literally one of the best US allies ever!
