    Thank you for the information.
Last time I had a similar situation...that despite getting the permit I was not able to enter the Rawdah.I felt so sad as I had wished for it so much.
    ان شاء الله..
Next time I should be careful to reach there well in advance.
Ya Rabb..Ya Allah do grant my wish next time 🤲
May Allah help you and all to be able to enter and pray in the Rawdah.

Security guards are pretty strict in enforcing the policies and would not listen to any genuine reason. We just have to abide by what they say.

Oh this happened to me as well, I was praying fajr jema'ah and imam was late, I went to the queue after and my booking expired like literally 1 min but my daughter infront of me they let her pass through without me. So she was actually tearing she's 13yrs and she didnt know what to do and the female guards didnt care.

What was sad was my daughter was really looking forward as it was her 1st umrah, I had my chance Alhamdulillah 25yrs ago. But she was so disappointed and felt upset for the whole incident as she was calling out to me but I couldn’t get to her and the guard didn’t bother at all. All the other ladies were trying to help too. In the end she gv up her slot and ran out of there to be with me. Masya’allah. May Allah and Rasulullah observe all that happened and blessed her efforts

The tour group or hotel should inform them about the apps with proper appointment

I think the ones who come here as part of a group would be better prepared. However, there are many people who come individually. There are also those who live and work in Saudi Arabia and sometimes visit Makkah and Madinah.

It happened to us too. We were in line about 1 hour before scheduled time, but there was a very long queue and only slowly movement. We got in alhamdulillah but our 1/2 h slot was closed when we finally got to the front for maybe 5 or 10 M
minutes. Alhamdulillah the guards let us go. But also there were a lot of sisters without a slot or the nusuk app or they just screenshoted the permission from somebody else. Though there were lots of discussions with the guards and some people insisting they could pray in rawdah without a permission. Please everyone, get the app and your permission, otherwise you could be the reason why many others can't get in too although they followed the regulations. Maybe you stay longer and can try again but they can't and it was their only chance. It's annoying sometimes, but please follow the rules unless you want to get severe problems with the guards. They are normally very nice and helpful, but they are soldiers, no decorations 😢

Wheres the entrance for men? Gate 1 (As Salam) is the entrance go the walk through section past the Prophet's grave. Is it the same entrance for the Rawdah? Surely theres a separate gate for this.

It was 37 when I last visited earlier this year. The app should tell you the gate number.

You can add family members on your app and obtain permits for them. As far as I know, children over the age of 5 can enter, but with a permit.

What is rawdah? Once get the permit what to do ?
Rawdah means do we need to pray inside the mosque?

    • @LifeMoves
      @LifeMoves  21 день назад

Rawdah, also known as “Rawdah min Riyadh ul Jannah,” is a small area inside the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina, located between the Prophet Muhammad’s (SAW) tomb and his pulpit. It’s considered one of the holiest places in Islam, and many people seek to pray there due to the blessings associated with it.
Once you get the permit, you’ll be allowed access to the Rawdah during your allocated time. Yes, you can pray in the Rawdah area, but you can also make du’a (supplications) and offer your personal salutations there. Remember to follow the instructions provided at the mosque for your visit.
