While I was in the black hole RUclips search for monkeys, I found Georgie Boy. I love him! So far I have noticed that his favorite things are unwrapping and eating. Gorge brings my day up when I watch him. My brother has doensyndrom and he loves monkeys so we watch you all the time
It would be nice if your brother could meet up with George and it would be interesting to see how George would interact with a "specially abled" child. (In Africa people with intellectual challenges are not referred to as disabled but rather "specially abled". A much better way to phrase things. We all have "special gifts" to share with the world. And little George is an amazing little guy, I bet he and your brother would make a special connection. My daughter used to care for a young man in a group home who was non-verbal and had a significant intellectual challenge. He was in his twenties but functioned at about the level of a four year old child. One day she took my little one year old pomeranian, Spanky, over to visit him. My little pom did tricks and special circles and jumping around that he had never done for anyone before. The young man was thrilled. My little pomeranian loved children more than anything else. If a little child took his leash to walk him, you could see by his body language that the child was not walking him, he was walking the child. Animals have an uncanny sense of reality. He KNEW that the young man was truely a child at heart and how to bring him joy. It was amazing.
