- Today, I discuss the different types of student visa for France available for international students i.e.
1. The 90 days / 3 month Schengen Visa for educational programs less than 90 days
2. The TEMPORARY long term student visa (Visa long séjour temporaire étudiant - VLS-T) for educational programs longer than 90 days but less than a year
3. The long term student visa (visa de long séjour valant titre de séjour - VLS-TS) longer than a year

Hello there. Just happened to see your video. I am living in Belgium past many years ( in the Dutch speaking part). I have a family member who wants to come to France for his higher studies. He is asking me questions since Belgium is next to France. As I am not a student anymore...I have no idea about anything. Is stay back possible in France after student visa time expires? There are many in India who blindly believe what Overseas Agencies say to them. Spending Lakhs of ruppees to come study in a Schengen country, thinking that there are enough job opportunities here waiting for them...when there is so much unemployment among their own citizens. Highly skilled workers visa are different. It is difficult to convince people the reality...who ask me questions after questions.

If the Bachelor's Degree is for 3-4 years, is the VLS-TS Visa for 1-year only and renewable every year? Thank you.
For bachelors, you will have to renew the first year and they will give you a visa for 3 to 4 years.

Do we have to appear for in person interview for Long term internship visa from India? In which category I will fall if I am going for 6 months internship VLS-T or VLS-TS? Can I work part-time if my internship is already paid?
1. Yes for in person interview.
2. I assume its vls-t. This will not be renewable.
3. Legally. No you cant work.

I am Abhishek Sharma from India and pursuing architecture from IIT. I got an offer from msc sustainability and social innovation from hec paris. But it's a 10 month master's degree so after this degree how long I can stay in France?

First of all, allow me to congratulate you on your admission to the HEC.
As soon as you finish your course, you will be given an APS (job search visa) which is valid for 2 years. If you find a job during your APS, you will convert your APS to a work visa which will allow you to stay in France for the duration of the contract. Since you are going to HEC, I would ask you not to worry. You're going to have the best time of your life.
PS - Please learn French before you come.

Sir i have got admission in french language course A1 , 3 months (94 days)..
I have to submit my visa & passport 13 days before school.
So if my duration is above 90 days then do I have to apply for student long stay or temporary long stay.?
And do I have to process through Campus France or Or have to apply visa directly in VFS..? as i have only 3 months course. I am not getting proper guidance and information from anywhere.

bro, they will only give you a visa if the course is around or more than 9 months. try to extend the program for atleast 1 year or else they will give a temp visa

@@TheLostIndian in refusal letter they give me 2 reason 1st(ii existe des elements suffisamment probants et des motifs serieux permettant d'etablir que vous sejounerez en france a d'autres fins que celles pour lesquelles vous demandez un visa pour etudes) 2nd (les information communiquees pour justifier les condition du sejour sont incompletes et/ou ne sont pas fiables)
