I made a fancy office building in this apartment. That's what I tend to do with most big apartments and lots - make them offices, hotels, villages and so on. But I love what you did with yours!

I am glad that you mentioned that about not being able to build when you are not inspired. My channel has fallen behind for partially that reason. I start several builds and never finish them.

Stunning! This is pretty much exactly the style I always wanted this apartment to be in, but I couldn't build to save my life and no renovation I ever saw quite fit what I wanted for this. Often times beautiful in their own right, but not IT.
I kinda hope this will go on the gallery, but considering how annoying apartments are to put up there, I completely understand if that won't be the case. If so, I'll probably just hope that we might get another unfinished savefile with the apartment included. Maybe some day 😊
I had thorn bailey move in here after him and Octavia divorced but I've also had trouble filling up such a large apartment. Now I can just yoink this one and make a guest room for when orange visits lol

I’m not sure if anyone has ever commented this, or if you’re aware, but with the punching bags, they can be moved pretty far into the corners and up closer against the walls as long as the side with the arrow is free of anything, it’ll still work perfectly.
It does clip through the wall if being used though, when shoved too far into a corner
I'm glad you are building for your save file again. I understand what you mean by it being a big project, some builds are intimidating. Thanks for this lovely apartment. Perhaps you can furnish Diego Lobo's apartment next. I had a go myself but struggled with the floor plan. I imagine he likes kitschy, artsy, maximalist furniture, like from the maximalism kit, with lots of artwork and sculptures. I love the story you've made for this household, I imagine this politician is running against Victor Feng in a San Myshuno election.

OhGod I love this one so much, I actually created the whole story for one of my Sims who's currently a teenager. He absolutely will live in this apartment one day with his partner! Especially the fish tank idea is amazing.

Yeeeeees there are a couple big builds you haven’t gotten around to yet that I was like “Well, let’s see if I can make something cool for this lot instead” but every time I opened this one I noped right out lol I’m so excited!!

If you download the tray files are the stairs and pool included or do you still have to rebuild those?
I turned it into a studio/living space for a photographer, fashion designer couple. I imagined that they have lots of guests over for both parties and for business like models for photoshoots, etc. Anyways just my idea!

Ahh this apartment turned out amazing! What’s funny… I’m actually building it for the first time too.. and my sim I’m building for just reached the top of the politician career! 😂 I’m such a slow builder.. it’s taking me a week to do lol! Feeling super inspired now tho!
Also, this gave me an idea for your Patreon.. curious what you’d think about opening a higher tier that would give patrons the ability to request specific builds (for a specific sim/family, cc only, no cc, limited packs, limited cc packs, etc).
I think this would be really cool.. for example, I love building with a mix of cc and in-game items. But I don’t always have the time/energy to build my own.. and it can be hard to find just the right home for my specific sims.. so I think this would be super valuable. ❤
Tbh, I also never really renovated this apartment, bc its so intimidatingly big 😅 I don't think, I ever made one solely for a male couple either - but maybe its time for sth new 😉 I really like the masculine style and also the story, that you put behind it 👍

This is crazy, I also renoed this apartment with a pool and a gay couple where one of them was an athlete. They had an adopted child though in my save. Super cute to see yours!

Hey SimLicy!! I love this build so much, however the stairs and the pool are not showing for me when adding to my game! 😢 Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
I was able to re-create the pool but the stairs I’m having difficulties re-building those too.

@@dgantzman Did you use TOOL or cheats for the pool? It won't let me create a pool, it says it's outside the boundaries of the lot.

I always block the bottom floor and turn this into a two story apartment. Like how you turn the bottom of the apartment into a personal gym.

True Story - I have a gay couple, and older sim and his much younger boyfriend living together in 888 Spire Apts right now but with the EA version of this build. I will replace with this. Its funny how you pictured and older/younger gay couple in this place cause thats who I have in there! :)
