I think you will find Chingford is North East London.

Hi just for clarity, from Chingford Station to the T-junction at the church is Station Road ,not High Street, (see the street name as you cross the road. There is/never was a High Street in E4, I lived there for half my life ! This part of the area is known as North Chingford, further south is South Chingford (Hall Lane /Chingford Mount etc area.

Lol 20 mph speed limit,
Radiation cell towers on top of buildings, CCTV on every lampost, just another dystopian British town like all the others. Surprised no one notices.
