      I think it is highly diverse, with significant populations of Indian, Pakistani, Eastern European, African, Caribbean, and Somali communities.     Back in the early 90's I lived about three blocks away from Greenford and Ruislip. The pub on the corner was the Red Lion, which was a stately old house. It is a pity they tore it down to build that mixed-use building.

    that walk bought back many memories,lived off norhcote road in the 60s an late 70s,must walk it again next time when im in the uk.
