The tuck method around the mirror bezel is a bad idea for these visors, It'll put too much pressure and could break it later on. The bezels are removable unlike most sun visors. If you remove them, then you will see how the OEM fabric was laid. You can pretty easily remove and re-install the mirror bezels. Also, if you use a thinner material, you don't have to stitch them back together. The factory ones are just glued around the edges.

Question if my cardboard is all bent what do you use or recommend for replacement. I don’t have a sewing machine like yours will a regular house sewing machine work. Gracias por el video. Para la viceras puede usar un cartón de 1.5 milímetros de densidad es especial de viseras y te recomiendo que los cosas en una máquina industrial de tapicería porque máquina de coser ropa como Blue Jean Levis A lo mejor lo puedas coser Pero tiene que ponerle una aguja gruesa saludos

Buenas noches MECA, Excelente trabajo!!!!! De cuantos milímetros de espesor/grosor es el foam y como se llama el cartón y también de cuantos milímetros es??? Es que quiero tapizar mis viseras pero haré la costura a mano y la haré "oculta" por que el que me la tapizó me lo hizo mal y pues como sé coser a mano así lo haré. Espero su pronta respuesta, gracias y saludos!!!

El cartón es de 1.5 milímetros y se le conoce como sheet board
La espuma de es de 1/4 de pulgada y se le conoce como headliner material
