Nice. I would like to add a Smiths watch to my collection. An avenue to explore further.

Great review. Eddie at Timefactors now offers the Baby Willard PRS-68 for those that would like a smaller version.

It's excellent. I haven't really noticed any particular time loss or gain.

Solid review! Love the commentary! One question: How in the world did you place the order? I went to the Timefactor website and I can see the Baby willard was not 'Out of Stock' but I cannot add it to cart. How do I go about purchasing this beauty?

Ah yes, it's not straightforward! The shop is only open at 14h on certain Sundays. Sign up to the newsletter to get the info.

The Chinese do a good job with this Seiko design. Sharkey’s version is very affordable and available.

There are a few of this style watch about, huh - it's a popular one to homage (if that's a verb!). I'm not familiar with the others so I can't comment, but this Smiths one is top notch.

I see it has a smaller "SMITHS" name/logo, that's an improvement, it really can't too small. Pierced lugs would have made this watch.

The Seiko. Timefactors are all modern homages I think.

Yes they sure do! SPB151 (with a few different colour variants), and the more expensive SLA033 and limited edition SLA051.

I had one of those and rather foolishly, I sold it on.
