Action 2 is such a handy and reliable action camera for influencers. Can't help but admire its sleek magnetic body!
Been stuck in a creative block for over a year now without creating anything, but your videos are always so inspiring and a joy to watch. 📸👍🏾💯
I can't imagine being stuck in it for over a year. Idk what type of creative block you're dealing with but really the best advice I can give you from my own experience is to just start again. Also social media detoxing might be a great idea as well
I also have the action 2, primarily for POV. I really like it, I don't think it's 100% necessary as in I do think you have to find a reason to justify the purchase but it is great to have when you need to record but your hands are already busy.

As someone whose introverted & anxious I truly hate how social media has made creatives sell their souls for algorithms, it's a year since i took a break & i honestly don't miss any of it, but i guess that's where we are now and there's no going back.

I currently use the Insta360 go2 - also magnetic and it has more give for when the camera isn't straight. One day I might even let the video see the light of day.

Do you have to crop in post to create vertical video after shooting with the magnetic lanyard, or can you have the camera shoot in vertical orientation while wearing the camera with the lanyard?

Man, I’ve always been so bad with videos and stuff on social media, even just social media stuff in general. I understand that you need to work on mastering the algorithms and all that, but I really just with I could take photos and post, and have that be enough. I’m not even old or anything, I’m 18, just not a social media guy. Working on it though 🙏

2 versions and the Osmo Action has gone a long way making GoPro boring after how many upgrades?
I think a lot of photographers like myself are camera shy and wouldn't dream of filming themselves.

I just bought a GoPro with a chest mount and I'm kinda kicking myself lol, being able to wear the camera as a necklace for PoV photography is way more discreet.

i hate how photography these days is self posing and all about the lifestyle of the creator. photography and their images used to mean something. now its just shit instagram reels with everyone copying whatever style is in trend.
I’ve got to be honest. Great video but DJI are struggling with the action 2. They are sponsoring so many videos right now with this camera because it hasn’t been received well in the market. Too many issues.
Hmm. Being honest I wasn’t super familiar with it before DJI contacted me but I was very surprised and impressed. I think in general action cameras don’t have as much of a place as they used to in the market
@@RanftEvan I was impressed with the size, build material/quality but the overheating issue, expensive batteries and non replaceable front glass meant I had to send it back. Hopefully action 3 will improve on those issues.

Is this a Omega speedmaster ?
All DJI products is a big no-go for me after DJI gave extended support for Russia's Aeroscopes in Russian war against Ukraine. I was actually considering Action 2 as a next action camera, but I won't ever buy neither their drones, nor cameras, nor gimbals. As to the camera, it will be either GoPro 10 or Insta360 RS.
Unfortunately, DJI has chosen its side.

Can I ask what you do if your Little cam picks up strangers kids on it? I don’t rate any little device that films, I think they’re a peados wet dream your phone is about as far as you should go. Not cameras in glasses or hanging off your neck. For the fact that you’re filming strangers and even kids potentially. As a parent I wouldn’t want my kid caught on these devices. I don’t know the intent of the person filming. Sponsor or no sponsor I wouldn’t promote this tech
