Mount Sinai South Nassau’s Maternity Services Unit - with 26 all-private rooms and a state-of-the-art Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - is Nassau’s South Shore maternity destination. The comfortable, warm and inviting rooms, nursery and family waiting area allow parents to spend quality time with their new addition while enjoying advanced and compassionate care. Nursing mothers are supported by a professional team of International Board Certified Lactation Consultants through Mount Sinai South Nassau’s Lactation Resource Center.
