He’s not going to win it. That would literally be a waste of his time and money. Less than 5% of defamation lawsuits actually lead to a settlement. Even less for libel. Kind of funny that people still think it’s something valid when it’s extemely hard to prove someone KNOWINGLY manufactured and promoted false claims/allegations when they can easily say “well I heard it from XYZ i didn’t know it wasn’t true”. Which is exactly how almost every defamation and libel lawsuit goes.
