राजस्थान की फेमस पंचरत्न दाल ऐसे बनाएँगे तो खाते रह जायेंगे Panchratna Dal by kabitasKitchen

Ingredients:
Moong dal - 25 gm
Masoor dal - 25 gm
Urad Dal - 25 gm
Chana Dal - 25 gm
Toor/arhar dal - 25 gm
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Asafetida (hing)- 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves -12
Onion - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1 tsp
garlic 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil- 1/4 tsp
Ghee -2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
