There is only a very small section of the mountain road where there is no speed limit. About 5 miles in total. Speeding is certainly not encouraged as you claim and you can still be prosecuted for excess speed in these areas if your driving is deemed dangerous... Your claim the the Isle of Man has very few road laws is total nonsense as they have some of the strictest in the British Isles..
The encouraged section came from an interview with an officer who said they encouraged people who wanted to drive in that manner to do it on those roads and not around the towns

@@quattrocam as a former resident of the Isle of Man I can tell you that speeding is never encourage and who ever told you it is, is talking nonsense
That was what the officer said, whether he meant it in that way, only he knows, this was the 3rd party interview that we did not conduct 👍
