Alpaca cria shearing

Here is Alvey being shorn at 3 months old. Cria are shorn to stop the very fine outer layer of fleece getting lots of vegetation and other things stuck in it. It grows quickly, so will be clean and perfect for spinning by normal shearing time next year.
