Yep, he's added a lot more complexity to his videos and arrangements since this first venture..but damn it every reactor to this that I've ever seen just sits there with the happiest smile on their face as they listen to this! Hope you enjoy your 'Geoff Journey"
I believe this was first song on his solo channel. Still fantastic, but he has grown so much over the last few years. Please make sure you do the two Dwarf songs from the Hobbit "Far Over the Misty Mountains Cold" and "I See Fire"... Some of his best work
Oh man, so many good songs to choose from. Someone suggested "Jack's Lament" on your first video and I have to second that: it's not just VoicePlay that goes all in on the theatrics! He also has a wonderful cover of "Sound of Silence" that I think you would really enjoy.
Yep, this is the video that started it all! Geoff's first solo piece! This is light and fun and delightful. Something else to check out on your own, are some of Geoff's readings. Especially his Poe stuff!
@@GroovyLavaSquirrelMedic Be prepared to get the chills! Maybe cuddle up with your wife in front of the fireplace with a drink, and let Geoff's voice wash over you like warm caramel!
Such a fun video! Geoff has a lot of great covers on his channel, but I'm gonna suggest two of my favourites which are not quite as popular as some of the others: "Shenandoah" and "High and Dry" both beautiful songs!!
This was one of his first solo (if not "the" first), and he already sounds amazing! I'm sure you'll go thru his newest ones, but please also react to Sixteen Tons, Way Down, Headless Horseman, Monster Mash ... oh, please, anything and everything in his channel is worth watching! 💯💯🔥🔥
I don’t know if you have already been told but the Geoff clones have names. This video is too early for that but there are four. Jeff, Goff, Jeoph and Daryl. In his latest video, Unshaken, the clones have their first chance to sing without Geoff. I think he put Daryl in charge. The clones were first named in the Way Down Elvis cover which is highly recommend (make sure you watch to the end). You must also do 16 Tons. That was his first hit. ❤
1:33 if you love “I wanna be like you” would highly recommend Gabriel Rios’ cover version. Not as a reaction just recommending for a general listen think you’d love it.
If you're interested you can check out Voiceplay's version of That's What Friends Are For (the vultures song) it's one of their mini's/shorts. Your camera is just reacting to the many voices of Geoff 😂 Welcome back, here are some more recommendations Far Over the Misty Mountains Cold I See Fire Way Down Ghost Riders in the Sky Unshaken Country Road Man of Constant Sorrow (has an important message at the end) Monster Mash Headless Horseman 16 Tons Big Bad John Folsom Prison If you need more all you need to do is ask. Again welcome back, or to Geoff's Channel 😊
Geoff has now done a short video of Trust in Me, which is amazing. Sadly the RUclips version cuts off the end but you can hear it elsewhere. Instagram? Possibly.
Lol. This song is so fun whether it's the original or Geoff's version. I laughed every time you added the Mowgli parts (especially that "Yeah, man!"). Geoff did justice to this song, which was always one of my favorites from Disney's Jungle Book. I love King Louie's song, too. Sheer Khan scared the daylights out of me, too. I think that was the whole point, though. Loved your reaction, Groovy.
Not as “impressive” as others but here did it for himself as well as for us. So much fun. My favorite song was Kaa singing “Trust in Me”. And he recently did a short with that!!So you might want to check his minis. At some point in time when you return to him it might be fun to put two or three of the minis together. That works for Voice play too. Often they’ll have a theme, like when they did 3 from Guardians of the Galaxy.

So much fun! Thanks for featuring Geoff this week - so looking forward to the rest of the week!
Happy to be on this Geoff train with you!
Don't let folks give you grief about how you enjoy Geoff's song.
I bet they do their share of dancing and singing to the songs, too.
he has a wonderful speaking voice on top of everything else!
I love the energy of your reactions! You are a joy to watch. Geoff ain’t bad to look at, either!😜
🙃It may not matter, but it sure as heck doesn't hurt, does it?💙
This one is always such a good way to bring up my mood!

I totally still do the Mowgli parts to Geoff's version!
I loved watching how much you enjoyed this video.😊
I hope Geoff gets to see you enjoy his song.

I hope you’re planning on doing Way Down. It’s an Elvis song and he has fun with it. Also, you’ll see the origen of his clone names
Done!🐿️
