Pretty sure him and PUR Trunks never came back on a normal banner, got him 14* myself but i know a bunch of people who don't even own him and want him. Almost 1.5 year old unit btw they need to do something about it Mega Rising units take so long to come back and if they do come back it's on their own original banner they just rerun like Ginyu Force recently.

The thing about these new mega rising banners is that they don't bring them back on normal banners ,you either try to pull them on mega rising return (will never happen lol) or get lucky and pull them on the yearly LL guaranteed banner that has every unit in the game on it, then z power him up.

In my opinion, you can't efficiently use this Red Transforming Cell without having another Cell like the new-ish Purple LF Cell along with the 2 Cell Saga Characters co-op equip. Wouldn't think he could synergize the best with anyone else without another Cell.
this guy & the trunks never came outside their 1st banner, which only returned once when it was not recommended to summon on (i believe when utlra ss2 han 1st dropped). Hate they're not back...but the EXs also not being added to the pool is like WTH. the collector in me is frustrated at this.

Evil Buu is the MVP of the first match, that guy is amazing, i have a 11 stars and he so dxmn strong without Zenkai bench (I have not for him for now XD)
You should have used him on an Android setup. He would have looked a lot better with Yellow 18 support and 13's Zenkai

That's was weird you should never lead with ultra ui you start a combo with a different player when that player is 50 percent less health send ui and probably that player unit it's practically finished unless color advantage or has a revive
