no, you really can't increase your chances of getting stronger characters since summoning is just pure luck. The stars just means how many times you've gotten that certain character from summoning
For the first summon I pulled vegito blue,zenkaied gogeta 4 and pulled mui for the first time and for the second I pulled grn trunks,ssj3 goku from buy saga,and cooler
We should get more this next weekly reset, which should give us the ability to do the first 100 unit multi. Then we'll get another 100 more tickets later throughout the end of the Anniversary.
I know if you play Ultra Space Time Rush stages, in stage 2-3 there's a Janemba. For Vegito he's in stage 3-3 and 3-4. Those are the locations that I remember but there's definitely some other stages for them.

How you can fight vs Kuririn, Tenshihan or chao-zu ?
Choose a fight with those characters , the best choice would be story mode

There's a few stages in story mode pretty early on that you can fight them, as well as some of the Saiyan Saga story events could help too.
I usually just do zenkai rush and then I see if any of the characters are there.

u get more stars on units by getting them multiple times
You just gotta summon them more times to keep getting more stars. That or you can use Multi Z Power to get them higher as well.
