yeah I read that one somwhere, its actually quite ironic, he *IS* hella unhealthy, except its because of the opposite of what you'd think, its not bc he's has too much fat but for having too little fat in his body, apparently his limbs are composed of less than 1% fats, he could genuinely die from that but refuses to do anything about it

Actually that's been sorta retconned recently; In the comics, when spiderman revealed his identity to the world, Kingpin, from prison, sent some guys to shoot up Aunt May, leaving her in a coma.
Spiderman webbed over there, and after trading a few blows with the man, kingpin asked him why he was really here, just to get embarassed in front of the whole prison(that had gathered to watch) and called spiderman a chump.
Spiderman then stated that no, he isn't here to kill Kingpin. The suit is a symbol, it's a symbol of better ideals than killing a man, a symbol of hope, the Friendly Neighbourhood Spiderman. So spiderman said, No, I'm not here to kill you.
Then Peter Parker climbed out of the suit, and said "I am". He proceeded to BEAT THE EVERLOVING SHIT out of kingpin, proving he'd been holding back all this time, grabbed him by the _flesh of his chest,_ and held his writs over kingpin's nie-unresponsive mouth. He said that as the webbing filled his lungs and nasal passages, no medical technique known to man would be fast enough to save him from suffocating. He counted down from three... but didn't do it. He said he'd be back to finish him off if Aunt May didn't wake up. He said that warning goes to ALL the criminals, that if anyone hurts the family of Peter Parker, he'd come for them. He put on his suit again, and Spiderman slinged away.
During the beatdown, peter emphasized that Kingpin was strong, sure, but ultimately still just human, no real superpowers.
So yes, kingpin can toss ariund Spiderman. But the moment Peter Parker lets loose, he's FUCKING SCREWED
This is also backed up by the time Doc Oc swapped brains with peter, and accidentally PUNCHED A GUY'S HEAD OFF, realizing peter had terrifying power, and had held back all that time.
Well, in Spiderman TAS he can. This version of Kingpin can also throw around giant robots.

The Sith one is not true. The real reason for the Rule of Two is to make their chronic backstabbing disorder work for them. Instead of risking having a bunch of weak Sith gang up on the master and making them weaker as a whole, the Rule of Two makes it so that the apprentice can only kill the master if the apprentice is more powerful in the ways of the dark side and/or is more cunning. It's a thousand years of this Sith pseudo-eugenics that made them strong, not some law of conservation of evil space magic.

I thought it was explained the more people accessing the dark side of the force, the weaker and more stretched out it was, but with fewer Sith, there was more power to access. It has been over a decade since I have paid attention to anything star wars related. So it is very likely I am wrong and misremembering this.
