When I was 19 I found some NAMBLA magazines in the home of a guy I knew. I'd never heard of NAMBLA so I started reading. After realizing what NAMBLA was I left the guy's house, cut off all contact and told all our mutuals. Some of those mutuals actually tried to defend the guy which shocked me. I cut off those people too, it was shocking to realize that people I knew were actually such sick degenerates and hiding in plain sight.

Fun Fact: The pilot of South Park is rated TV-14.
Because of this, I showed it to my brother when he got to that age.
Sometime afterward, I decided to use this episode as a fun way of teaching him what a true monster actually is.
I did give him a short summary beforehand. I said something like, "The organization depicted here is full of predators targeting boys who haven't even hit puberty yet. As a result, acts are always considered forced in psychology and court. Besides, no kid should want it, and the ones that do need help."

The irony of Kenny being nervous about his parents making a sibling: he does eventually get a sister that he is INCREDIBLY protective of.
But it also makes sense, given that everybtine he dies, he literally gets born again within moments, waking up the next day with full memory of what happened. And he's the only one he remembers, as far as he knows (Cartman remembers but doesn't care, and his parents remember but never say anything about it beyond regretting "going to that cult meeting".

anyway those kids are likely just Groomed victims, instead of Stockholm individuals as they lack the complexity of understanding the world to know that and if they did they would go against it even with the "Syndrome".
