I was very weak in cardiovascular system as MBBS student but now as MS SURGERY I feel that I can now wish to become as cardiac surgeon. This is all because of your lectures in CVS. Thanks sir
Sir please upload complete vedio containing whole content. Thankyou and you are doing wonderful job sir wish I would study from you in live class . I am amazed how can someone explain so simply in english . Thankyou sir
OK I'm just going to Oversimplify this 13 minute video What Dr.Najeeb trying to say is that - Depolarization Always starts from : Left septum, Apex and then lastly Left ventricle - The electric vector at V1 records 2 Deflection/Obstruction (From septum & right ventricle) And That the reason why it has Minor Depolarization but Have Extremely HUGE Re-polarization - V3 have the same ratio because they are recorded at the apex (at the middle) - V5 & V6 is High because the depolarization is not blocked by any other organs *Always Remember what Dr.Najeeb said in the video that V6 is depolarized less slightly (A bit lower) due to deflection of the lungs
