So excited for your Whites coverage. Looked very slippery despite the beautiful weather this day. Glad you get to enjoy the Carter hut hospitality. Do you give a talk about your adventure to the hut hikers? They used to do that to earn their stay I thought instead of chores. Years ago I thoroughly enjoyed the tales from a retired postal lady from FLA ( where there are no mountains ) about 70 years old hiking the AT ultralight no stove and we were all just enthralled. I'm still fascinated by the courage and strength of mind a thru hike takes. Your videos would make a great after dinner movie
I pestered capt. Jack this past Saturday night, and he was very open sharing his motivation and adventures. I believe AT hiker presentations or a round table discussion would be so cool, I’d sweep and clean for the opportunity to hear their stories. I do feel bad I didn’t sneak some turkey out for the guys, hopefully the lasagna hit the spot.

Can't promise anything because we've had a lot of medical issues lately and have Doctor's appointments stacked up for both of us. Lasagna definitely looked good enough for wiping down some tables.

That's up before noon. An advantage of the mountains is being able have a spectacular view of the world ending. Bright side. Nuclear Winter ends Global Warming.
