    Hey John, just checking in here again brother to say 2 years after discovering your content , I continue to watch your videos for inspiration. I recently hit 374lbs in the reverse grip and my son was around and fist bumped after the lift, it was a great father /son moment, lots more to come! Hope all is well with you and family and hopefully you are training Junior to break 500lbs one day!

    Hey John, hope you are well brother. Just wanted to say that your article and vids on Reverse Grip Benching have been a game changer for me. After injuring my shoulder, I was not able to bench/OHP and as a lover of the Iron, it was really bringing me down. I owe you a debt of gratitude for showing me what's possible and for sharing your valuable insghts, I'll continue to rehab the shoulder but I'm pretty much up to my usual bench weighs after 3 session. Truly appreciated. Also, as a dad, I love your vids that much more because of your little co-star! :-)
