This is what you call a real mukbang. Straight up Samoan food from the market. Ur supporting the people and also showing us the different food. You should do another one. This time do some ulu, mamoe and fasi povi and some the exotic stuff at the market like fagu sea and some oka. Man if I was in Samoa I would do the same. Nice!!!! Faia Pilikaki is what we call it and it’s just coconut milk and drained mackerel from the can, salt and pepper and some onions too but I love putting minced garlic in it. But I always make sure I get the bone out from the mackerel. Keep it up!!! I’m just here drooling and wishing I can just grab those food just out from the screen 😆😆😆

Malo Joe, quick fix when you don't have fa'alifu or enough pe'epe'e, use your talo to scoop your luau. Also uso, try eating with your hands, it the Samoan way. Im afakasi, filipino samoan, raised more Americanized but out of my siblings im the one who loves eating authentic samoan food. Faiai fee is my favorite but that one it does look over cooked!
