I have to figure out a few other thing as I don't have secure copy install in windows. I have to copy manually the license file from gns3 folder to /opt/images...Hopefully, I used to Linux and it was less of a problem to move around in the VM folder.

Thank you, vIOS-L2 is the development of Cisco VIRL PE and has gigabit interfaces and advanced features, IOU is a older version with ethernet interfaces that still works for practice. For VIRL PE you need to pay and IOU is free

IOU L2 is a switch that can be used as L2 switch or L3 switch and has ethernet interfaces. IOU L3 is a layer 3 switch with ethernet interfaces. Finally IOSvL2 is a switch that can be used as L2 switch or L3 switch and has gigabit ethernet interfaces

Is it possible that the switch module is missing from your device? I try to install arp inspection on cisco L2 switch but i constantly get this error message: ip arp inspection vlan 1 ( % invalid input detected at '^' marker. )
The VMware Tools power-on script did not run successfully in this virtual machine. If you have configured a custom power-on script in this virtual machine, make sure that it contains no errors. You can also submit a support request to report this issue. Should i be worried about this message?
Alguien que me ayude por favor, cuando arrastro los dispositivos, me quedan en este caso en DESKTOP-I7VQB9Q y no en GNS3 VM, por eso cuando corro (start) los dispositivos me sale que hostname incorrecto (Hostname DESKTOP-I7VQB9Q not found in), alguien sabe porque sera? Muchas Gracias. Ya que cuando los arrastran me quedan automáticamente en la maquina local, no en la maquina virtual de GNS3, cuando arrastro un HUB si me dice en que servidor quiere ejecutarlo, pero debe ser porque es un dispositivo pasivo, pero los Routers en general y Switch me lo envía de una al local.

es posible hacerlo en GNS3 porque la IOS L2 de GNS3 es la misma que IOSvL2 de VIRL PE, la diferencia que en VIRL PE usa Gigabit y en GNS3 Ethernet
