I have this mower... and I'm surprised that more RUclipsrs haven't reviewed this one!
There's a few things that need to be paid attention to, but the biggest one: The M10 machine screws/bolts that hold the black bracket (for the handle) to the green body. (They're just behind the rear wheels)
That joint is notorious for the bolt vibrating itself free and you'll be left with one bolt on each side and the handle being very loosey goosey.
Make sure all four bolts and nuts exist! (right from Amazon, one was missing a nut, and another was missing both the screw and nut altogether!)
Also remember to do one of the following:
    - Use thread locker (or a glue of some sort)
    - Swap out the nuts with a nylock nut
    - install wave/compression washers
    - install split/compression washers
    - Install serrated/lock washers
Doing one of these things will save you from the embarrassment of the handle detaching from the mower (or ruining your blade by mowing over a stainless nut that fell off!) during some random summer mowing session!

It's great to hear someone point out the ADVANTAGES of a cord, instead of (like the last review I read) acting like cordless is the only way to go--it's not). Thank you. PS Your lawn looks fine.

This is a great mower. I have the same one and it's great until you need spare parts. I was on hold for over 3 hours with the Greenworks customer service before they hung up. I ended up spending another 3 hours online finding the parts I needed as it can be difficult to find parts for locally and warranty doesn't seem to cover anything that is needed. They say it runs quiet but I found the noise comparable to a gas powered mower

Been using cordless (battery) mowers for over 20 years. First one was a Toro that lasted 16 years and then I bought a Greenworks. It's awesome using quiet, maintenance-free (almost) power.

Looks like the dogs approve too. I have the 21 inch corded 13 amp Greenworks mower.which is pretty much the same. Low maintenance, great cut. I love it.

This past weekend i went to cut lawn for first time this year.. gas lawnmower wouldnt start, changed fuel, new spark plug, cleaned air filter.. still nothing.. said screw this and went out and bought a used (four years old) Greenworks 13 amp 21" lawnmower for $65.00. was always wary of electric as didnt think they they had any power.. i guess that was years ago, was shocked at the power and simplicity of the mower.. it literally cut through anything and is quieter.. you just need a simple system of keeping the cord out of the way.. easy enough.. i wouldn't buy a battery one either as i don't want to deal with batteries and expense of replacing them eventually.. corded is no big deal.. i'll never go back to a gas mower.. no more messing around with an engine

Good to hear that Jim. I went and bought a used 4-year-old 12A 20 inch corded one today for $35. Came home, cleaned it, lubed it and sharpened the blades and I'm really happy. It did a great job mulching the fall leaves.

My mower was working perfect! Now it does not working! I checked the breaker and the cord and Plug connections. Is there a reset button any where on the mower?

I got nothing but greenworks stuff. You will take my guns before my greenworks chainsaw. It takes me about 5 battery swaps to cut my yard, and bag over 100 gallons of clippings every time. Love the quietness. I can throw in some headphones, don't need a big pair of hearing protection. Most people don't realize almost all gas mowers are over the decibel limit that will cause hearing damage.

Shoulda got the cordless, It's the BOMB! Battery lasts at least 45 minutes and my lawn is deep and thick (it's not a giant yard but much bigger that your yard)! Greenworks products are very good. I have the 60 w lawnmower, hedge trimmer and weed wacker. Couldn't do power yard work without them...because, oi, the noise on gas powered machines makes me insane!

Thanks for the recommendation. I'd really like to just set up an auto mow time using a gps mower, solar of course. But I'll ck those out. Mine's thick too. 😁

I always wondered if the corded (AC) or the battery (DC) mowers were more powerful... I know that DC impact wrenches have more torque...

Our son mowed through too long of grass and the mower stopped working. It does nothing when you start it. I'm struggling to find help to fix it?

So, the grass ate the mower, instead of the mower eating the grass.

I like that it looks lighter than a battery one but for sure I would mow over the cord lol
