    I feel like refs grip they always lower my riser so much , how do I get around this?

      You can ask them not to lower it too much and give some pushback on it, but in a respectful way. If that doesn’t work, learn how to slightly drop the ulnar side of your wrist which will automatically elevate your hand

      Keep ur pronation active when the refs lowers ur riser..worked for me by many looses..
