Im not a fan of front gardens but this one has much better privacy than most I've seen 👌. That master bedroom with the walk in wardrobe is beautiful and having it's own large terrace is a nice bonus.

It's a €350k property at best.
True, many such properties in 330-400k range. 500k is a lot for 136m property in that location. I like the layout though.
