I'm 42 years old and from sweden, i cried like a baby when they revealed this. Okami is my favourite game and i bought it on release for ps2 but like the wii version best❤️
I played okami for the first time on the Wii when I was a kid this makes me so happy, the music and art style are what sparked a love of all different asian culture in me from a young age. Edit: everyone else's comments were all so positive and heartwarming, it made mine feel lackluster, so I put a little more heart into it now that I've had time to think and am not just freaking out with excitement 😊
I love how the gaming community had a collective cry of joy. I saw one comment say “You know those videos of someone’s dog returning after a long time? This is a moment of people returning to their dog after 20 years” and that really opened the flood gates. Okami is how I got into console gaming as a kid and why I bought a PlayStation. Okami influences my professional illustration style to this day. Im so excited for this
