Uuuh, the Klara-quarters were literally a worn down slum before they dug it up. It wasn't the jugend style of the buildings that remain in the surrounding areas, it was basically a shantytown.

Gamlastan was also pretty sickly, as well as literally every single city in europe in one time in their history like london, but they managed to keep their beauty up? Why not klarakvarteren? It would be very possible.
Of course it is in summer! Come in January, february, march or November, December…and it’s one of the most ugliest, abandoned, dark and unfriendly. All these videos are so silly, picking the best time of the year and one of the most pretty apartments/hotels in the whole town…who loves like that? Almost noone! This you can do with every city in the world, cherry picking only the best of the best.
