the 72k he lost actually hurt france, thats 7 divisions he lost in a war with a minor nation that would have been on his side, the french industry is not the strongest, france probably built civs until 38 like most democratic nations but france is different, france is a frontline nation other allied nations like the UK or the us can get away with building tons of civs, france should build civs only in 36 then 37 is pure mils, 38 depends on you ethier forts or mils, 39 should be building up radar, airports, infusture if needed, and any final fort walls, france in this playthrough fucked himself in Belgium and most likely he built to many civs in the beginning
