hey there, great results from the testing after the upgrades. figured u would enjoy the upgrade. really opens the machine up. and yes the standard and work mode stays at the 82 hp. performance mode is when it jumps up to the 100+ hp. thanks again for the update video. ill be watching for more videos on what u upgrade or add to the machine cause since i have the same exact one depending on what u do it may give me some ideas on upgrades for mine. thanks again.

Is it 110 hp only in performance mode like the general happy Memorial Day weekend to you guys do you ever miss your ranger can you go ahead and post the video of you installing the clutch update thanks.
Hi Lakey, yes it is only 110 hp in performance mode and we do miss the Ranger it was a good unit. I dont have a video of installing the clutches but it was real easy and comes with good instructions from the Gilomen clutch kit. Happy holidays to you and your family!
To bad polaris cant put decent clutch into a 30 000$ machine. Mine after 1500km i have a dash code suposely clutch problem and so jerky start A chance some like gilomen have solution but for me its alot of money again and no shop or mecanic close to where i live
No I have not had any issues. When I did the gilomen tune and clutch kit it took care of those misfire codes that Polaris had issues with on the Rangers.
@@blackone2852 It runs 70 mph but how long does it take to get to 70 mph. With the gilomen tune and clutch kit you will run higher rpms and your throttle body opens up all the way which in turn gets you there quicker. That's why we timed it.

Did the same kit on my 19 model 1K, it did great, bit even better once I got the 87 octane out of it and gave it a taste of 93
Nice! I didnt try 93 octane so I imagine it would do even better.

I put the same kit in my 2018 900 ranger and would recommend it . i also raised the top speed to about 71 mph and the clutch is a lot smoother.

Yeah Terry is a nice guy. The gilomen tune and clutch kit is the real deal.
You didn't show how to install the weights and spring. I've changed out clutches and know how, but would be useful for those who would like to learn.

Our 2018 polaris ranger xp has clunky sound in clutch and sometimes goes into limp mode with misfire code related to clutch braking I think.
Yeah it sounds like your primary clutch has some issues. Definitely would inspect it and see what's going on.
How much was the ecu flash and clutch spring and weights and does Gilomen do the ecu ? Thanks
It cost about 500.00 and yes you send Gilomen your ecu and he will tune it.

Yes the hp stays at 82 in work and standard mode. You wont regret it if you purchase it. It's a whole different machine.

Yes but I bought a spare one just in case.

Not sure what you mean. It will still shift into gear but it wont be jumpy on take off like the stock clutches.
Did that void your warranty?
It depends on your dealer and I figured if I did have a issue I could always send the ECU back to get tuned back to stock if something happened.
He said 12 seconds from 0-60 but I timed it at 8 seconds? I dont understand.
Took off at 11:16/17 and hit 60 mph at 11:24/25?
My engine light has stared coming on it’s throwing my engine into limp mode have you had anything like this happen I’m thing ecu misfire codes
No I have not had any issues. When I did the gilomen tune and clutch kit it took care of those misfire codes that Polaris had issues with on the Rangers.
